Der einzige wirkliche Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zum Zentrum (Arc de Triomph, Eiffelturm etc.), unser Zimmer war allerdings unheimlich klein und eng für ein 4 Sterne Hotel - die Reinigung fast schon eine Katastrophe. Unter dem Badezimmerfenster stand der Staub fingerdick, besagtes Fenster ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Die Türe zum Badezimmer war nicht versperrbar und nur mit Gewalt zu schließen. Über dem Bett hingen zwei Bilder, auf welchen ebenfalls fingerdick Staub vorzufinden war...
Leider war auch kein Wasserkocher vorhanden, was Tee machen ein wenig schwierig machte, die Türe zum Schrank hatte ein ausgebrochenes Schanier..
Die beiden Herren an der Rezeption waren allerdings sehr bemüht, stets kompetent und für Fragen offen! Auch beim Check-in und Check-out konnten wir unser Gepäck versperren lassen, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Terrible, where do I even begin. Should have read Google review before booking. Manage by a group of Indians, not suitable for family with baby. I am not even referring to children. I mean baby yes small baby. Lift cannot even fit one stroller + 1 adult. I am S size yet I need to tip my toes when into the lift with my baby else the door won’t close ????. When checking out, they are doing cleaning. I can’t even step out of the room to the corridor as it only can fit one of their cleaning troller. It’s that bad. Room is clean, yes but toilet door has mould. lol. Not worth the money. I think consider 3 star hotel? I won’t say is a four. But their service is okay.

While I appreciate the great location and the cleanliness of the rooms at your hotel, I must express my profound disappointment regarding the conduct of the staff. Unfortunately, their rudeness is so striking that it overshadows the positive aspects of my stay.

For the price of this establishment, a certain level of mutual respect is not just expected but absolutely necessary. Snarky comments and dismissive behavior are entirely unacceptable, especially in a hospitality setting.

It’s imperative that the staff be trained to treat guests with the courtesy and professionalism that matches the quality of your accommodations. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve the overall experience for future guests.

I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Nos hospedamos en el Hotel 4 noches en Septiembre. |El hotel es boutique, muy bonito y bien cuidado. |La habitación que nos todo hermosa y cómoda, chica, pero super cómoda. Habitación silenciosa, el baño con una ducha buenísima. La atención del persona impecable, un hotel que se encuentra cerca de todo caminado. |Sin dudas lo volvería a elegir. Solo tener en cuenta que de noche es una zona donde hay muchas homeless.

Just a fair warning-I attempted to book two nights at this hotel for October and thought it was confirmed....only to get an e-mail a couple of hours later that it was cancelled. Out of the blue, just cancelled and without any explanation. Thank goodness my card wasn't charged but I didn't bother trying to re-book again. Took my business elsewhere. Funny thing is the dates I wanted to book were still available.

6 night stay during the olympics was perfect! Great service, charming room and convenient location for seeing the sights (but also quiet street).

Just returned from two nights staying at this lovely hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean. Lovely bathroom. Nice big bed. Tea/coffee making facilities in room. Great free WiFi. Perfect location. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this charming hotel before and when obtaining last minute tickets for the Olympics, we were delighted that the hotel could accommodate us. ||The location is fabulous, 2/3 minute walk to the Champs De Elysees and close to lots of bars/restaurants. For us, the perfect location. ||Our room was a double privilege room, which was fabulous. Lovely and airy with a super comfortable bed, dressing gowns/slippers, safe, loads of storage space, 2 floor to sealing windows facing the bustling street, it did have a minibar, however it never reached anything like a cool temperature. The bathroom was luxurious, fabulous walk in shower, gorgeous shower gel, steam free mirror and lovely vanity area. ||We did have breakfast included. On our first morning we were given a tick sheet to complete with our choices which was a really good idea, covers any language barriers. However we didn’t realise that this would be our breakfast choices every day. It was then a bit of a struggle to get what we wanted each day and by the final day our breakfast tick sheet had more crossings than Piccadilly Circus. One ladies interpretation of compote was different to one of the other ladies and it was always a surprise as to what you would actually get. Each morning we came down to tables not being cleared which wasn’t a great experience, we soon found where the plates and cutlery were stored and laid the table ourselves. The food served was good, tasty and fresh, you were just never quite sure what you were going to get. ||Without exception, all the staff were lovely and we had a fabulous stay. I hate to take a star off, however breakfast was not a great experience, we 100% would not hesitate in recommending a stay here and this would be our Paris hotel of choice, however, we would not have breakfast.

Stayed here July 2019, the staff was polite and speak English. However it is a hotel with small spaces all around, the lobby is small, the rooms, the stairs, and the elevator only carries two adult men. No pool, gym, or other amenities. You just get a bed, toilet and shower. It is decently close to the Eifel tower.

Egentlig et fint hotel, men intet ud over det forventelige.||Umiddelbart serviceminded personale, som vi ikke gjorde noget videre brug af. Vi havde lejet os ind på “executive værelser” som skulle bestå af 2 værelser som var connected, da vi rejste 4 sammen. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig, men igen…. Ganske ok.||Beliggenheden til gengæld, var helt fantastisk! Mindre end 2 km til Eiffeltårnet og ca. 300 meter til Triumfbuen og Champ Elysee.||Vi kommer gerne igen!

I booked in this hotel twice. The location is great. The rooms are small, and you can hear every door open or close next to you. The staff are nice. The service is good.

Kusina og jeg bodde her i 4 netter en iskald april-langhelg. |Hotellet har perfekt beliggenhet, nærme Champs Elysees. |Frokosten kan dere styre unna da der er veldig lite utvalg. Ikke noe glutenfritt. Omelett, kokt egg, yoghurt, frø/nøtter/tørka frukt til yoghurt, brød, croassant, syltetøy, ost, skinke og juice. God kaffe på kaffemaskin. Absolutt ikke verdt 15€ per dag per person. Er en dagligvare rett borti gata man kan handle påsmurt.|Hele hotellet er slitent og trenger oppussing. Noe møkkete også. |Hyggelige ansatte.|Vi fikk rom i 3 etasje, smale trapper opp, bitteliten heis. AC på rommet funka ikke så var sykt innestengt luft der, alltid. Vi måtte ha vindu åpent, ble kaldt. Senger ok, 2 gode puter og dyne. Litt kjøleskap, tv og safe. Badet var slitent og veldig trangt og upraktisk. Veldig lytt og vi var så uheldige å ha et kjærestepar på naborommet ????

I stayed in the hotel in April 2024 and August 2022. The location of the hotel is great nearby multiple metro stations and shopping area. The room was super clean and cozy.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, they help us a lot and tried their best to keep us satisfied during our stay.
One of sister left her jewelry in the safety box and they immediately sent me and email with pictures and asked if we would like to ship them to our address.
I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could ♥️

I'm very impressed with my stay there in this hotel. My family has booked three rooms during March break and we are all very impressed with their service, the cleanliness of the room and the location.

The check in process was the most relaxed experience I had encountered. The staff took all our luggages to the room directly and was very attentive to our needs. The rooms look way better than the pictures shown on the website. It came with a nice coffee machine, bottled water, and a mini fridge. Location is excellent as it is 3 minutes walk to a supermarket and 5 minutes walk to the main shopping area.

I would definitely come back again next time when I visit Paris.

Attention! Never forget your valuables! My mother-in-law forgot her sunglasses in the hotel (next to the coffeemaker) and called the hotels a few days later to let them know. They said they did not find anything in the room and kind of waved away her complaint. This was her birthday weekend in Paris and this accident ruined her birthday. These sunglasses were from Prada and she is 100% sure that someone from housekeeping kept them. The hotel did not provide any help!

I would not recommend coming here due to this happening. The hotel staff will not help you. My mother-in-law speaks French fluently (native speaker), so the staff could understand her properly.

Hotel que je note uniquement sur la partie commerciale. Applique le contrat annulation/modification à la lettre à quelques heures près et n'est pas du tout arrangeant...
J'ai mon RDV qui s'est annulé pour cause de maladie et j'ai donc demandé à 6h près de l'heure sur le contrat (et 72h avant la résa) de pas annuler en tant que tel mais de modifier à une autre date. Ils sont ok mais ca me coute le double pour la modification. Donc je n'irai pas chez eux à la date proposée et même jamais dans le futur. Encore un hôtel qui n'est pas arrangeant et qui essaye de maximiser au maximum. Donc avis à ceux qui me lisent d'aller vers d'autres hotels plus sympa que celui ci.

Bad customer service, small rooms and bad breakfast. But its hard to beat the location.

Otel Paris gezisi için mükemmel konumda yer alıyor. Metro istasyonuna 150 metre sadece bir kaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Şanzelize caddesi yine bir kaç dakikalık mesafede. Eyfel kulesine 25 dk, zafer takına 15 dk yürüme mesafesi var. Etrafında alışveriş ve yiyecek için çok alternatif var. Hatta Türk restoranları ve helal yemek sunan başka restoranlar var. Otel odaları küçük ama kullanışlı, temiz, yeni. Resepsiyon hizmetleri yeterli.

Worst experience in this hotel. Rooms are very small and staff only one to check u in/to carry luggage/for food/housekeeping. Really understaffed. Moreover very stingy receptionist who only wants to make money(for every time he makes money he says he is doing favor by charging less. Worst experience) must avoid at any cost. Not recommended
