From the moment we arrived, Promi went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. She was always there with a smile and a helpful suggestion, whether it was recommending a fantastic local restaurant or assisting with directions. It truly felt like having a friend.
Promi's attention to detail and genuine care made the hotel feel less like a temporary stay and more like a home away from home. Any request we had was met with enthusiasm and efficiency. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, and her warm personality was a highlight of our days.
If you're planning a trip to Paris and looking for a hotel where you'll feel truly valued, I highly recommend this one.
