Our first room had awkwardly angled walls, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. However, I really appreciated how promptly the staff responded to my concerns and moved us to a similar room that felt much safer and easier to navigate. Their attentiveness made a big difference in our stay.

We have visited this hotel several times. It is in a great location, within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, wonderful shopping, the Seine, galleries, museums, the Champs Élysées, etc. The decor is very attractive in greys and yellows. We received a great welcome and throughout our stay all the staff were helpful and charming. The bar is great for refreshments, very comfortable, good food and service. Breakfast was good, even though it was busy at times we received good service and the food selection is great. Lovely poached eggs. Our room was extremely comfortable and very quiet with everything we required. Thanks to all. We will be back.
