Our favorite hotel so far on our trip to Europe! Cozy and welcoming vibe with everything you need in a terrific location. The snacks were such a nice feature, especially with teenagers! Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained with everything working properly. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has great service. They also organized well a surprise for a birthday. I would also like to recognize Marina who organized our accommodation. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Would recommend this to other travelers.

Great location. Very close to bus stop and metro. You can walk to Champs-Elysee, Arc de Triomphe or other spot in 10-20 mins.|The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for 2.|The hotel offers free soft drink and snacks in cafe area. We enjoyed it after sightseeing everyday.||Overall, we had a very pleasant experience staying in this hotel.

We had an amazing time in Paris! Our Hotel 123 Elysees was in the most centrally located area walking distance to many restaurants and lots of shopping. The hotel is immaculately kept. The rooms are adorable .. daily housekeeping .. free beverages in the mini fridge replenished daily. Complimentary snacks and drinks afternoon into the evening. The staff was efficient, friendly and extremely accommodating. We would highly recommend this boutique hotel. You will not be disappointed!

The staff was absolutely amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious as well as the afternoon coffee and snacks when we returned from a long day it’s perfectly located and walking distance and felt like an authentic French hotel.

Wir waren nun schon zum vierten Mal in diesem Hotel, welches unter sehr persönlicher und herzlicher Leitung durch Herrn Nöcker alles bietet, was man für eine Städtereise benötigt. Großzügige Zimmer, alles sehr sauber, gutes Frühstück, fantastische Lage im Zentrum, tolle Anbindung an die Metro und einfach ein Hotel mit Charakter! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch ????

Stayed here 10 years ago and came back again. Great place to stay. Clean, friendly, lovely amenities and easy walking distance to many places. Highly recommended. Thanks Marina and the wonderful staff who were very welcoming and respectful.

We truly recommend this hotel. Everyone took special care of us on our anniversary. Marina was very sweet and recommended Bichie an excellent French restaurant!! The breakfast was delicious. We tasted many French pastries and breads!!!

First time in Paris stayed at the Hotel Le 123 Elysees. Walked in tired from a long flight room was unavailable. Marina front desk customer service representative was a delightful person assured us room would be ready shortly. She also, kept checking on us until we checked in our room. She helped with the language communications issues we encountered. Letting us know what transportation services from airport to use so we wouldn't be scammed. Her overall customer service skills were excellent. Would recommend anyone using this hotel to ask for Marina, ||The hotel was clean and the staff was great it had a great atmosphere and was in a good safe location.

This was our favorite hotel out of our entire trip. Its location was perfect for us: not in a tourist zone yet walkable to many attractions, just a minute away from the metro yet very quiet and safe at night. The room and especially the bathroom were very spacious, even though we had the most basic one! The amenities were great (bathrobe, slippers, tea kettle) and we even received a little gift for May 1. We also made use of the afternoon snacks, which had different offerings every day including fresh fruits. The lobby was beautiful (especially the floor). The staff were able to hold on to our luggage prior to check in. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Le 123 Elysées! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. Every day from 2 PM to 6 PM, the hotel offers free snacks, which was a lovely surprise. In the room, the fridge was stocked with complimentary water and juice, which I truly appreciated.||The room itself was spacious, bright, and very clean. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my stay. A special thank you to Tamanna and Maria for their warm hospitality and great service. I will definitely come back again!

Localização excelente no oitavo distrito próxima a duas linhas de metrô e bem pertinho da Champs. O ponto alto pra mim e para a minha família é que os quartos não têm carpete e a limpeza é muito boa. Além disso, a equipe foi muito atenciosa. Adoramos e com certeza voltaremos. Obs: assim como os outros hotéis da rede Astotel eles disponibilizam um lanche variado das 14h às 2h na área comum e o conteúdo do frigobar nos quartos é uma cortesia.

Localização perfeita, quartos sem carpete (o que é muito difícil de achar em Paris) e com ótimo espaço, limpeza excelente e equipe atenciosa. Fomos muito bem recebidos em português pelo Ricardo na recepção, sempre muito gentil. Adoramos e com certeza voltaremos.

Chambre rien a dire a part un peu de poussière au sol .. très calme .. sdb très bien .. manquerait une douche...c etait une baignoire |Petit déjeuner , service moyen , on a l impression de presque déranger, il faut réclamer les couvert par exemple , et très vite il manque de quoi prendre son petit dejeuner.|Le personnel est très gentils

Parfait. Personnel très attentionné. La literie est magnifiquement confortable (mon dos sensible à adoré). Chambre et sdb très propres. Service boissons gratuit en journée ainsi que le mini bar de softs. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Situation géographique.

I had a truly wonderful stay in Paris, and a big part of that was thanks to how well this place was hosted. A special mention goes to the receptionists (Marina and Tamanna) who were incredibly sweet and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, offered great local tips, and always greeted me with a warm smile.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!

Lit et matelas impeccable. J'ai bien dormi. Chambre au top. Propre. Personnel, accueillant, agréable, souriant. Petit déjeuner parfait. Il y avait tout ce que je voulais, du salé au sucré. Hôtel bien situé, a 2 min du métro. Endroit et hôtel que je recommande, qualité/prix très bien

We had a delightful time at this Astotel. I have stayed at 4 Astotels in Paris and we loved our stay here. We had an adjoining family room which was spacious for a Paris hotel. The manager, Peter was lovely and we also were delighted to Ivan leave us a kind note and goodies in our room. The bathroom was spacious and clean and the towels were luxurious. Small touches like robes, slippers, etc made this hotel feel even more splendid. And as always the drinks in the minifridge are free and to use and they refill them.||The hotel is beautiful and actually looks better than the photos. The fashion themed decor is lovely and there are these magical sparkling lights on the floor.||The location is EXCELLENT. We walked to Champs Elysees easily, and to the Eiffel tower and other sites. The Metro is just around the block. There are hundreds of restaurants around. There is Starbucks across the street as well as a lovely Franprix store for any snacks/groceries. ||Of course you won't need many snacks since the food at the hotel is great. Breakfast was delicious with hot items including sausage, egg and a sweet treat like french toast or pancakes. There is an abundance of breads, pastries and a cold bar. The Astotel bar from 2PM to 2AM was lovely-- chips, drinks, coffee, pastries, cakes available everyday. With a family it is nice to have this benefit for those middle of the day snack needs. The staff in the breakfast was great including Theo and a young man from Bangladesh whose name I didn't catch (sorry). ||Overall, great location, experience, and stay.

We booked this hotel only after reading positive reviews. The location is great just 500 meters from Champ- elysees. The reception staff was very warm and gave us an early check-in. The room was quite big. Even with our 4 bags it was very comfortable to move around. The breakfast was excellent. There was complimentary snacks, tea/coffee/ juices served in the restaurant from 1 PM to 2 AM. Also complimentary soft drinks in room fridge. What gives an extra 5/7 stars to this beautiful hotel is the service. The staff was extremely helpful at all times. They gave us all useful tips about Paris. Whenever we requested for a taxi, one of them would come out on street and then inform us on its arrival. It is almost impossible to see such courteous staff. Thanks Faustine, Kristel, Amadou, Louise and Alejandro. On top of all the room rates were more than reasonable in heart of Paris. Just book it for your next visit.

Un hotel maravilloso en cuanto a ubicación, ya que es muy fácil desplazarse a cualquier sitio desde el. Puedes caminar hasta los campos elíseos o tomar el metro prácticamente en la puerta. El staff es amabilísimo, desde las personas de recepción, cafetería y servicio de habitaciones. Las camas muy cómodas y las habitaciones amplias y con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Tienen muchos detalles de bienvenida y durante la estancia. Es muy silencioso y las instalaciones están en perfecto estado.
Tienen snacks y bebidas gratuitas durante todo el día.
Recomiendo mucho este hotel.
