My wife and I spent 8 nights at Nuage in early March. We were absolutely delighted with the overall experience. During our stay, at the last minute, we chose to extend by another night and they were very accommodating. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel and our room was clean, service was great. To top it off the location of the hotel is great and very close to most tourist attractions. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

I’m not totally sure why this place is so highly rated. The whole hotel looks like it needs a fresh coat of paint. In our room, the floorboards were coming away from the wall, the paint was peeling, all the walls were scuffed, the closet drawers didn’t open or close properly, the carpet on the stairs is worn and there are missing nails on each step, the lamp on the desk didn’t work, and the shower head was so clogged that barely any water came out. The daytime staff weren’t particularly nice or helpful to me, and they had trouble finding my reservation, and even asked if I was at the right hotel lol.
The only positive thing I have to say is that the towels were always fluffy and clean and the bed was made immaculately each day.
I don’t think this place is being maintained well enough to be considered a four star hotel, so I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hôtel très bien situé proche métro, dans un quartier touristique et dans une rue calme.
Petit déjeuner au top. Personnel au petit soin. Le balcon avec chaises et table est très agréable pour un moment détente. Les lits sont très confortables, j'y ai passé une de mes meilleures nuits.
