La chambre est confortable et l’emplacement central. L’hôtel est bien et j’aurais aisément mis 5 étoiles si la réception avait été à la hauteur. La procédure d’arrivée par Frederica ou Francesca je ne suis pas sûre en revanche a été très limite, j’ai eu le droit au minimum syndical avec un ton très sec, aucun sourire ni explications comme par exemple le fait qu’il y a deux ascenceurs différents pour accéder aux chambres. Elle a dit le montant à payer et m’a donné la clé sans rien dire. J’ai donc dû expérimenter par moi-même et redescendre, pour demander au second réceptionniste qui lui était bien plus aimable et agréable. Je suis habituée des hôtels parisiens pour le travail et je n’ai jamais eu un tel accueil.

Abbiamo trascorso le vacanze a Parigi, alloggiando in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene .
Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile e soprattutto parlano anche italiano, la camera è pulita, ordinata e hai a disposizione un mini bar che riempiono giornalmente già compreso nella tariffa e all’ingresso puoi trovare durante la giornata anche snack degli snack da poter gustare gratuitamente e anche delle bevande calde e fredde, sempre tutto gratuitamente.
Per quanto riguarda le valigie, le puoi tenere anche dopo aver fatto il check-in lì da loro per poi passarli a ritirare prima di partire .
È disponibile su richiesta anche il ferro da stiro .
Abbiamo approfittato anche della promozione della colazione ed è stata un’ottima scelta siccome abbiamo trovato un gran buffet composto sia da marmellate, uova, salumi e formaggi Nutella e tanto altro ancora.
Sicuramente, se torneremo a Parigi, alloggeremo di nuovo qua .

Hotel was great, on great location, all staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Tej on breakfast. Breakfast was tasty and full of choices. Room was very clean every day, room maids did very good job. Free drinks in mini bar was very surprising.

Stayed in twin standard room upper floor in back for two nights. Tiny room as expected with plastic chair and space to open one suitcase. Stool unusable. Safe and frig. No air conditioning yet in May so we had to open window behind heavy curtains So some noise from pigeons and sirens, but not bad.||Everyone grabbing snacks (Madeleine's, cookies, etc.) in afternoon. Also free bottled drinks, coffee. Can use toilets and free snacks at other Astotels in Paris, so handy for sightseeing.||Only disappointment was front desk staff. I can accept struggle with new computer system (who hasn't) but one man repeatedly gave me bad information about taxi cost. I directly asked in multiple ways about fixed rate to airport, meter, and booking charge. He repeatedly gave me wrong answers, which cost me extra when I got a taxi he booked.
