This hotel has a strange process in which you need to re-confirm your hotel reservation and provide your credit card guarantee a few days before arrival, not at booking. They did send us an email to do so but we never received it. They cancelled our reservation! ||While they were able to accommodate us to a different room, they insisted that them proactively cancelling our reservation without connecting with us was "not their fault". This ridiculous policy will cause us to avoid this hotel in the future. Lots of other great hotels in the area. 2 stars for the good location near the Louvre.

Perfect location close to main attractions and few steps away from the metro station. Rooms are quite small and a little oldish, but we managed (nice view over the Madeleine helped!!). Otherwise the staff was great (a little less available or low on staff in the evenings though which is a shame) but very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok. We enjoyed staying there :)

We stayed at the hotel for four days and it was truly a wonderful experience. The view from our rooms was amazing. The location is unbelievably convenient with the subway station being few steps away. The staff are exceptional and friendly, offering their help at any given situation. Will definitely stay there again!

Paris te her zaman bu oteli seçiyorum. Heryere yürüme mesafesi. Konum çok güzel. Kahvaltısı da güzel diyecektim ancak tek çeşit peynir koymaları hoş değil. Çalışanlar çok iyi. Odalar küçük ancak büyük de isterseniz var. Her şeyin bedeli var Pariste????

Muy bien situado, en un paseo puedes ir a casi cualquiera de los puntos de interés turísticos|El hotel es pequeño pero acogedor. El personal muy amable, en todo momento atentos y ayudando con consejos para las visitas. If you can get the room with the view and with the balcony, then everithing else doesn't meter, couse sitting on that balcony is priceless. Anyway, if not, than the hotel is on the great location but that would be it.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. Perfect location within walking distance to all sights. The rooms are pure Parisian chic with great views. A true Parisian gem. Highly recommendable. Had an unforgettable stay and will be bank for sure.

L'hôtel où je viens toujours est vachement cool
Et la suite Parisienne au 6eme étage avec les terraces et la vue de l'église de la Madeleine,

I've stayed at Hôtel Madeleine Plaza six times now and it's always been a delight. The rooms are lovely and the staff just wonderful. It's really conveniently located with a Metro station right outside and 5 minutes walk from Boulevard Haussmann. It's a 45 minute walk to Notre Dame via the Louvre and the same to Sacre Cœur and very close to place de la Concorde. Do visit La Madeleine too - a marvellous church.

Posizione eccellente. Staff gentilissimo e pronto ad accontentare le esigenze del cliente. Pulizia perfetta. Camere non grandissime ( la nostra) ma comode e razionali. So di camere con vista mozzafiato. Insomma un posto da non perdere!

The Hotel Madeleine Plaza is centrally located with easy access to many key sites, good restaurants, and to the Metro Line 1. The rooms are clean and quiet and the staff are professional, smiling, and quick to respond to needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

Séjour de 4 nuits. Chambre Cosy très agréable, très bien insonorisée. Très bon emplacement, métro au pied de l'hôtel. Un personnel de jour comme de nuit agréable et attentionné, mes demandes ont été prises en compte. Propreté irréprochable de la chambre. Seul le petit déjeuner pourrait être enrichi, mais au-delà de cela, je reviendrai avec un grand plaisir dans cet hotel.

The Rooms are so sad. The colors, the SIZE, the layout. They are old, tired and desperate for a renovation. The Elevator is slow, they do not have a doorman, they breakfast "restaurant" is ran by one server while the front desk staff witness the struggle that the guests and the poor service experience. You are better off staying at an Airbnb than in that hotel.

I think we choose one of the best hotels in this area,we had a great room with a view towards Église de la Madeleine and the Eiffel tower. If you choose this hotel you are in a safe area, 10 minutes of walking from Place de la Concorde, Jardin des Tuilleries, Opéra Garnier, Galerries Lafayette, 15 min place Vendôme, Palais Royal and Louvre. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was amazing,very good, although there is not a restaurant in the hotel we could enjoy the dinner in our room (very fast room service). Thank you for making this trip amazing ????

The room was wonderful and I didn’t experience issues with noise on the first floor. The room size was good (as a single person), as were the separate toilet and shower. The breakfast is delightful, especially the daily basket of croissants and baguettes. The receptionists were absolutely amazing. Sarah and Agatha went above and beyond to help me when I had an emergency and displayed exceptional customer service. I hope they are recognised for their service. Fanny was also very kind and welcoming. The location is in a perfect spot with a lovely bistro next door. My new favourite hotel in Paris - I will definitely be back.

Personnel de réception particulièrement aimable et souriant
Chambre soignée, très propre avec une jolie vue sur la Madeleine.
Emplacement parfait, Madeleine, Concorde, Faubourg St Honoré…
En revanche, la situation fait qu’il y a de la circulation toute la nuit…les vitres sont double vitrages mais mériteraient d’être doublées.
