From their welcome at registration to our departure EVERY interaction with each staffer we met was polite, pleasant, accommodating and well, just perfect.||A mechanical problem in our room after midnight was acknowledged quickly and remedied with a change of room within minutes, no fuss required! Morning buffet was extensive and very satisfying. The concierge staff was very helpful with directions, suggestions for touring the sites, hailing taxis, everything!||

Visited during the holidays and absolutely loved it! The breakfast was amazing, and the festive Christmas decorations made it even better. But the bar, now that was the highlight for me. Besides enjoying my favorite espresso martini, I had one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted. Already looking forward to going back!
