Comfortable bed, but it's somewhat difficult to control the temperature and use the electric outlets.

Great hotel. Location is super ! Unfortunately didn’t get the upgrade because room was not available . Great stay !

My wife and I recently visited Paris for the first time after more than 10 years. We had an enjoyable time in Paris. Our stay at this hotel was a big part that contributed to our fantastic experience.

We felt the entire team (sorry for not having the names!) in the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We had a great experience from check-in, check-out, and helpful assistance from the concierge persons. The room was spacious––bigger than our expectation for Paris. The breakfast area was not as big as those in bigger hotels, and had less extensive selections, but it was adequate and delicious.

We particularly liked the cozy aspect of this hotel, located in a quiet area of what appears to be a busy part of the city. We also got a room facing the back of the hotel, away from the construction opposite. Our nights were quiet and we had very good sleep.

We also loved the water pressure of the shower––strong!

Out of our four nights of stay, there were two small issues:

1) On one of the days, our room was not made when we came back to our room at around 4pm. (This was an isolated incident, and did not happen again the the next day.) Perhaps it would be helpful if the rooms provide a "Please make up the room" sign like in some hotels.

2) On one of the afternoons, we decided to take a nap (around 4-5pm), we felt vibration in our room that probably came from the washing machine. Given the small size of the hotel, we felt that this is understandable.

These issues were minor and did not detract from our great experience at the hotel. We would love to stay in the same hotel again for our future visits.

Excellent service. Everyone are so nice and polite. Room is perfectly clean. Breakfast is great, especially croissants ????

I stayed in the hotel with a big group from our company (French luxury group) from 11th to 14th of May 2025. Rooms were really fine for Paris. But we had a very, very bad with the night team in the night from the 13th to 14th. We had a request which they couldnt fulfill, but I‘ve never experienced a worse customer service from the entire night team.
