Visite dans ce sublime hôtel pour leur brunch.
Un emplacement magnifique à 2 pas de l'arc de Triomphe.
Un lieu magique et très beau qui nous emmène dans une autre époque.
Le brunch est de très bonne qualité, un choix parfait pour tous les goûts. Les produits sont bons et de qualité, tout est fait maison. Coupe de champagne comprise dans la formule. Petit plus pour la quiche Lorraine qui était excellente.
Le prix est très raisonnable pour la qualité.
Je recommande vivement.

Merci à Amara ! Nous sommes allés bruncher, et bien que nous ne buvions pas d’alcool, il nous a gentiment proposé un cocktail adapté. Il a pris le temps de nous faire découvrir le brunch, avec beaucoup de bienveillance. C’est rare de croiser des serveurs aussi attentionnés : il a vraiment rendu notre expérience agréable. Un grand merci à lui ! On reviendra !

The property is at a nice location, However I feel like it need to improve in the service, I stayed for 4 nights, room was too hot, try to lower the air but it set to be at 30f anyways we’ve manage to deal with it, the night before we ran out of shampoo and shower gel, I think that should be refill every day, had a Boucher for two drinks at the bar that I could never get, they were either closing or too busy to accommodate us at the bar, guy in charge of the restaurant and bar was kind of rude, the way he approached to people is not the right way for a 5 star hotel! People at the front desk were nice and the guys that help out with the luggage. Not sure if I would stay here again.

The service and rooms were great. Our room had an outdoor patio and was very enjoyable to relax. All and I mean all hotel employees were great and met all our needs. The bed was very comfortable. I recommend this Boutique Hotel.

Come to the Napoleon for the 5-star hotel experience. What sets the Napoleon apart from other hotels is the excellent staff they have in place. From the front desk (Patrick, Carlos & Guillaume), to the restaurant (Amara, Marie & Kohbus), to the bar (Soulemayne & Alain), and to reservations (Nadia) — all were fabulous and elevated an already excellent stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel Napoleon from the moment we walked inside. The staff was warm and welcoming and so kind throughout our time at the hotel. We arrived early and weary from travel and were very happy that our room was ready for us. They upgraded us to a Suite at no additional charge. Our rooms were beautiful, spacious, quiet and very clean with comfortable beds and great bathroom and shower. Our concierge Gerard was spectacular, knowledgeable and kind... He made our trip memorable! Hotel Napoleon is on a quiet street even though it's an easy and quick walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Je n'ai passé que 24h dans cet hôtel mais la qualité était au rendez vous. Décoration de l'établissement très jolie et soignée (si vous aimez le coté "Empire" bien évidemment), très grande propreté. J'ai trouvé ma chambre et sa sdb un peu petites mais je suppose qu'il en existe des plus spacieuses, tracas vite oublié par la qualité de la literie et la décoration de la chambre. Pas de piscine mais une salle de sport satisfaisante où vous aurez tout pour faire un peu de fitness/cardio de qualité. Le personnel est professionnel, disponible et sympathique ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans la capitale, je les félicite! Enfin, est il utile de dire que l'hôtel est vraiment bien situé car à 100 mètres de l'arc de triomphe et des Champs Elysées. Pour résumer une expérience très positive, un hôtel où vous êtes surs de ne pas vous tromper.

Excelente hotel, personal muy profesional y todo muy acogedor. La decoración de habitación preciosa y la ubicación top. También dar las gracias a David gallego que fue muy profesional,nos ayudó a solucionar algunos temas que surgieron y nos dió buenos tips para visitar en parís y fue muy atento en todo momento. El hotel es muy acogedor y volveremos seguro!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille au brunch du dimanche, tout était parfait :le buffet varié avec foie gras et saumon entre autres,le côté sucré et le champagne !!
Le personnel est très sympathique et avenant,petits cadeaux pour les tout petits.

La atención de todo el personal del hotel fue extraordinaria, he conocido muchas ciudades y muchos hoteles y en este nos trataron excepcionalmente bien, muy atentos y muy personalizada. Nos hicieron la estancia mucho mas fácil. Fuimos a correr la Maratón de Paris, y nos ayudaron con todo lo que estaba al alcance de su mano.

Wir hatten in unserer Junior-Suite mit Blick auf den Arc de Triomphe und Tour Eiffel einen perfekten 4-Tage Aufenthalt in Paris. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und das gesamte Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Unbedingt die Bar besuchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The hotel is great, next to the famous shopping street and arc of victory. The rooms was nicely decorated, it also had refrigerator with water and juices in small boxes (i didn't like the taste). The coffee and tea in the room was great (Lavazza). The tea came in small fabric unique packaging with a great taste.
