I had a great stay with La Maison Champs Elysees, as always. This time I traveled for my Mum's 70th birthday and the hotel prepared the room with very nice decorations, prepared flowers, pick up service etc to make my trip with ease! The hotel is also centrally located and easy access by train/walk, best for my mum so she can do the shopping next door and drop the bags before going to next tourist spots.||||Thank you to Sam and Elena from Guest Service Team, I can't wait to come back again!

Honestly one do the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed. The hotel does not look like a 5*. The rooms are horribly old and used and very noisy. You have to cross a small corridor to go to the building with rooms, corridor with stairs twice and no assistance with luggage’s. Plus, they would rather trust their 3rd party services than trust their guests. We got lied to and almost robbed of our money for a transportation that never occurred . Because the lying driver said he was there when he wasn’t. (Proof of messages asking us to wait longer until they arrive). The kid supervisor tried to trick us but once he saw the messages proving we were right he got enlightened and removed the charges. Please avoid this hotel and its inflated price for no reason it is not worth it.||Bonus: as a platinum member , literally no benefits.||Only positive, the location, close to a lot of main attractions.

What makes this hotel outstanding besides the location which is perfect and within walking distance to all tourist attractions you might want to visit but the staff made the difference. Seriously they couldn't be any nicer. From front desk folks to restaurant staff. Special shout out to Eric who helped us throughout our stay and the bell man who was always there to offer help and a smile. Our room was about what we expected and very comfortable bed.|Could have used a dresser or some draws in the room to help unpack. The only downside is lack of any English TV channels. There are only 3 and they were all news. Although we didn't come to Paris to watch TV a little variety would have been nice. Also place is under construction and remodel. So no pool no gym and only one service elevator.|Wish we had known about this prior.|Another big upside is the cigar bar attached to property, loved it.

Despite the excellent location (steps away from Avenue Montaigne, The Grand Palais etc) this property is definitely NOT a five stars establishment. Rooms are small, corridors smelly, bathrooms difficult to access and easily filled with steam after a 2 minutes shower.|At the time of my visit par of the property was undergoing a noisy renovation with impact on my sleep. No message from the management in the room nor a notification prior my arrival. |For a hefty 1,400 euro for 3 nights (excluding breakfast) this was (my bad) one of the poorest choices I could ever make for my return in Paris. |Blaming myself for chasing “Design” properties versus more reliable Marriott standards…of course I did not obtained any Bonvoy Titanium perks… which was also very bad!
