This hotel is way past its prime, hence the noisy renovations currently going on on. Our room was old, musty, and rundown. The AC was terrible and could not get the temp down. The faucet was kind of broken, the sink clogging easily, and the toilet flush was weak. Construction was loud all day but fortunately was only going on while we were away for the day. The restaurant doubled as a bar, and the 25 euro buffet had very few options, but the food was decent. Service was generally good and the front desk did try to remedy the issues we had, but they could only do so much.||Highly recommend staying away from this property until all renovations are done. It does have potential, but it’s unrealized as of this date.

Not a 5-stars hotel. The room smelled, the carpet was stained and the furniture looked temporary. I believe that the “design” concept is the reason why the room looked like a college dorm. Now the staff, absolutely a 5-stars staff: attentive, responsive, polite, professional. When combined with the convenient location, that’s what saved the hotel for us.

The hotel is in the most perfect location. Quiet and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Easy to walk everywhere or take the metro. Mario was especially helpful and wonderful! We cannot wait to return! They are finishing construction in the summer and will have a new pool and restaurant. This will be an excellent location to visit.

Que dire mise à part : Waouh ???? |L’hôtel est idéalement situé afin d’accéder à pied à toutes les places et les monuments.|L’établissement et la chambre étaient tout ce que nous avions besoin : un espace cocooning et calme. Le personnel est ultra gentil et au petit soin quelque soit son poste ou l’heure de la journée (et nuit).|Nous venions pour une compétition sportive (Hyrox Grand Palais) et avions peur de dénoter un peu, mais non, nous avons été accueilli avec une bienveillance.|Merci à tous pour cette agréable parenthèse qui au-delà de notre venue sportive nous a permis de nous ressourcer et de visiter Paris.

The hotel was under construction, with loud work starting at 8:50 AM, making it impossible to sleep. While the staff was friendly, the overall design was underwhelming and the experience didn’t match the high rating. Definitely overrated.
