Rude abusive attitude of reception ( Laura), i was quite sick and was hoping to get into the room at 13:00 , but no , she told me to buy a water for 2 euros or go to the next door restaurant if i feel sick , then she asked me to contact agoda for cancelation and after 10 minutes on roaming on the phone , she told agoda she is denying the request , she refused to give me any management email for a complaint ( my legal right) , she raised her voice at me up to a point where i wanted to call the police because i was basically forced to remain in that hotel even considering the incident .
I am a frequent traveler , i never saw anything like it in hotel businesses .
Rooms are depressive , not clean , poor maintanace . Please do not do the mistake to bring them your money , you will ruin your trip . there are plenty of beautiful hotels in paris from the same category
