Perfect location and outstanding service!

Just spent four nights at the San Regis and it was wonderful! Fifth trip to Paris, so we'd stayed in several other hotels and locations. HSR is a classic French hotel with furnishings that create a relaxed feeling in an intimate space. Short walk to two Metro stops makes it easy to get around. 15 mins walk to several great restaurants and museums on the Left Bank.

We had a wonky noise in our room upon checking in and HSR immediately put us in another room, so problem was addressed asap. Rooms were very large with high ceilings, so rooms felt even bigger. Rooms services twice/day, which is always nice. Only ate breakfast (which was included with our booking) and it's such a great way to start the day and it was the best breakfast of our entire trip.

We had an amazing evening at the San Regis - the lady and gentleman on the front desk were so welcoming and really made us feel at home, especially as oversees visitors who haven’t travelled much. It couldn’t have been better. Thanks

Just returned from a four-night stay at Hotel San Regis and absolutely loved it! The hotel, staff and service are five stars in every way. Jerome in concierge helped us prior to arrival to secure dinner reservations and once there, continued to help with our itinerary, making recommendations and securing tickets to museums, etc. The entire staff could not be more friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is a beautiful property in the most lovely neighborhood and convenient location. It is charming and elegant, yet cozy and comfortable. Would highly recommend this property!

I went to this hotel for the first time about six months ago and retuned because it's so good. Not cheap (but all hotels in Paris are expensive) but excellent in all respects and very friendly. Just one thing - quite a lot of stairs to get to some of the rooms.

A colleague recommended this hotel after he stayed there with his partner for a week. I didn't look any further and booked it. Best decision I could have made. Located in the 8th arrondissement, it is within walking distance to almost anything you might want to do, as well as convenient to several metro stations and the Batabus. The rooms, the service, the staff, the food and the wine, were all superb. If you are lucky, Christoff will sing you some opera late in the evening over cocktails. Next time we are in Paris, this is where we will be staying.

This is by far one of the best boutique hotels we have visited. The staff is attentive and kind and the hotel's ambiance is breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were showered with wine, chocolates, fruit and even candles to take home. My husband and I will never stay elsewhere in Paris.

The included breakfast each morning was excellent as was the service. The concierge staff were extremely helpful in assisting us with our daily planning. All of the hotel staff provided us with outstanding service including a couple unexpected amenities.

My husband and I recently spent six nights at the San Régis Paris for our babymoon and, unfortunately, the overall experience fell flat. We were incredibly excited about our stay, but for the price per night, we expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail.

Having stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, the contrast in service and hospitality was stark. Upon arrival, we were passed between check-in staff and told to sit in the lobby with no clear timeline for our room. After 30 minutes unattended, someone approached us—only to realize we were not who they thought we were. While continuing to wait, we were never offered refreshments or directed to restrooms—a small but meaningful oversight after a 24-hour travel day.

The room itself was charming, but had issues. The bathroom sconces were crooked and loose, the shower door leaked water onto the floor, and most concerning, the ceiling vent FELL on my head while I was blow-drying my hair.

Service throughout the stay continued to disappoint. Doormen were rarely present when needed—my husband carried three large suitcases down the stairs and through the front door before anyone offered assistance. Front desk staff often appeared disengaged, more focused on chatting amongst themselves than greeting guests.

While our stay wasn’t terrible, it certainly wasn’t up to the standard we expect from a hotel of this caliber and price point. We had hoped for a more refined and attentive experience.

If you are looking for a luxurious five-star accommodation in Paris, there are better options.

I just got back from my trip with my husband to Paris with my husband. Honestly, it wouldn’t have gone nearly as well without the concierge at the San Regis. He went above and beyond to help us plan to get tickets that were very difficult to obtain. Honestly, I didn’t really plan very much before I got there and he saved the day! Also, the hotel was beautiful. I’m very picky. Worth every penny, I will definitely stay there again.

Everything about the hotel is first class and first rate. The rooms, the bed, breakfast, the entire staff, are amazing. If you have a chance to stay at any hotel in Paris, stay here. They staff was more than helpful. Every thing is well thought out. Definitely going back.

Charming opulent hotel and great friendly staff. Restaurant had amazing food and the location was perfect to walk to major attractions. Front desk Jerome made our accommodations better as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. Amador the bartender was informative and friendly.

The Hotel San Regis is a beautiful and welcoming hotel. Our room was lovely and perfect for the two of us. Plenty of storage space in the bathroom and bedroom. Enjoyed the stocked water in the in room refrigerator. The Hotel is on a quiet and safe street not far from the metro and fashionable Champs Elysees. The staff in the hotel was kind and friendly and added to our wonderful stay.

Notre séjour à l'hôtel San Regis a été vraiment exceptionnel et je ne saurais trop insister sur le fait que nous en avons apprécié tous les aspects. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel nous a accueillis avec une hospitalité chaleureuse et amicale, nous donnant l'impression de faire partie de sa grande famille. Leur efficacité et la rapidité de leur service sont vraiment louables.

L'hébergement à l'hôtel San Regis a dépassé nos attentes. Nous avons opté pour une chambre au 7e étage, ce qui nous a permis d'avoir une vue imprenable sur la Tour Eiffel depuis notre balcon. Se réveiller devant une telle icône a été l'un des moments forts de notre séjour.

L'un des points forts de notre séjour a été le délicieux petit-déjeuner. Il comprenait un délicieux assortiment de viennoiseries, du pain fraîchement cuit, des œufs parfaitement préparés, du café aromatique et du jus d'orange fraîchement pressé. C'était une façon fantastique de commencer nos journées à Paris.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel n'aurait pas pu être meilleur. Nous nous sommes retrouvés au cœur de la ville, avec un accès facile aux quartiers commerçants et aux stations de métro. C'est un mélange parfait de commodité et de charme.

En termes de rapport qualité-prix, l'hôtel San Regis s'est avéré être un excellent choix. Nous avons comparé nos options et cet hôtel offrait un équilibre fantastique entre la qualité et le prix.

Après avoir séjourné à l'hôtel San Regis pour la deuxième fois, nous pouvons affirmer en toute confiance qu'il s'agit de notre choix de prédilection à Paris. Nous attendons déjà avec impatience notre prochain séjour, car cet établissement offre toujours une expérience exceptionnelle.
