Kind staff, smartly designed spacious room with high ceilings. A beautiful bathroom and a very comfortable bed. A safe environment. It was a happy experience.

This was our second time at the hotel and we had a very nice welcome. The room was very clean, the staff was very kind and the food was amazing! We love this hotel and we recommand it to everyone, 10/10.

Every detail of this stay was perfect! To start, every member of the staff we encountered were amazing. We were greeted as the Uber pulled up - and brought right into the restaurant - offered a coffee and drink while they checked us in. We had sent a list of requests prior to arrival and every one was acknowledged and executed. On seeing our room we were in awe - it was spacious and every detail (down to the Acquaintance Di Parma bathroom amenities) were thought of; truly unique and suiting the area (unlike your standard “box” hotel.) Drinks, coffee and food in the restaurant were great. The property itself is right off of the Champs Elysees, and walking distance to the Arc De Triomphe. Please do not think twice about booking this property - treat yourself, it is worth it. To the staff - thank you to each of you for making us feel so welcome and making our short stay so memorable. We know how much work it takes to deliver this level of service - please know your efforts are appreciated and we look forward to seeing you on a future visit!

I have to admit I was a little hesitant of coming back to Paris , past 2 times the experience had been so bad and disappointing, but I am glad I did it again !
This hotel was game changer really are up to its standards , starting from every member of the hotel , the location , the food , the service , the size of their rooms!
It was amazing from start to end , you literally felt like home , the manager makes sure every person in the hotel knows your last name , so that adds so much quality to the experience , the room you feel in a Bridgerton movie but with modern touches .
My boyfriend and I always had bad experiences with food in Paris , end up eating in McDonalds , but this time the breakfast place at the hotel was everything , the quality of every ingredient , which they explain to us they make sure is seasonal so it’s always fresh, also very wide offer.
Location , so important in cities like Paris to choose where to stay, that can make or ruin your trip , well this one is the best, is walking distance to Champs Elysees but not on it ( it can get a little to crazy and not to safe in the night staying there, bad past experiences), also around they have laundry , little poke places , Greek, sushi ,supermarket , it truly changed our thoughts about Paris.
Also I need to add make sure you visit the downstairs spa , no extra cost just booking with front desk in advanced , you can use their big hot tub private , the sauna , and the gym that is small but so charming !
I can keep on and writing about this experience , it was truly amazing , and we are so grateful with all the staff , cannot wait to come back !
