Hôtel Elysia is elegant and welcoming, with excellent service and beautifully clean, comfortable rooms. The staff are always smiling, especially the kind lady in the morning. Riyadh was outstanding-professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

We stayed at Hotel Elysia in Paris for our honeymoon, and it was truly a magical experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, offering warm and personalized service that made us feel genuinely cared for.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious assortment of macarons in our room — such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our entire stay. We also have a pork allergy, and the hotel was incredibly accommodating, ensuring every dining experience was safe and enjoyable without compromising on flavor or quality.

The room was elegant, romantic, and impeccably clean, with classic Parisian charm and modern comforts. The location was perfect for exploring the city while still offering a quiet, luxurious retreat to come home to each evening.

We couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate such a special occasion. Hotel Elysia exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re already dreaming of returning for an anniversary in the future!

Cet hôtel a été une magnifique découverte pour fêter nos fiançailles. Son emplacement, à quelques pas des Champs-Élysées, allie l’effervescence parisienne à une véritable bulle de sérénité une fois la porte de la chambre fermée. Nous avions réservé une chambre exécutive, qui s’est révélée encore plus belle et spacieuse en vrai que sur les photos, un détail appréciable tant les grands espaces sont rares à Paris.||Avant notre arrivée, la conciergerie s’est montrée à l’écoute et a parfaitement respecté chacune de mes demandes pour préparer la chambre de manière à émerveiller ma moitié. Chaque détail comptait, et l’attention portée aux petites choses a marqué notre séjour : de délicats macarons à savourer, des cartes avec de petits mots chaleureux, et même des touches aussi inattendues que la météo du jour affichée dans l’ascenseur ou un rappel pour le changement d’heure.||Le spa, accessible sur réservation et sans frais supplémentaires, offrait un véritable moment de détente avec son grand jacuzzi, son sauna et son hammam. Un poème de Ronsard, inscrit sur les murs, ajoutait une touche poétique à l’ensemble. Le petit-déjeuner, copieux et raffiné, nous a été apporté en chambre sur demande, rendant le matin encore plus agréable. Le massage que nous avons commandé a également été d'une grande qualité, complétant parfaitement cette expérience de bien-être.||Mais ce qui rend cet hôtel exceptionnel pour nous, c’est son personnel. Toujours disponible, attentif, et n’hésitant pas à se plier en quatre – voire à courir – pour satisfaire chaque demande. Leur dévouement a rendu ce séjour inoubliable.||Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Il mérite chacune de ses cinq étoiles.

Visited with my adult daughter. The most outstanding thing about this hotel is the welcome and the general attention of the staff. The only name I took was David, the porter, sorry but all reception staff, dining staff and cleaning staff went above and beyond to ensure we were more than happy.|The room was a Classic and faultless. One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Breakfast was so fresh with something for everyone. We had dinner and were blown away by the attention to detail: amuse buches; fresh bread topped up as required and petit fours when we thought they couldn't do more.|The location is 5 minutes walk from Champs Elysee and The Arc de Triomphe. We walked almost everywhere with comfort.|Paris is wonderful but staying here makes it even better. Thank you x
