One of the Staff was rude and did not allow us to use the microwave. When I asked the kitchen they sent us back to the place where they did not allow us to use. Plug points where not working on our first day in most our floor and it was frustrating for any traveller.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
Le petit déjeuner était parfait.
Le seul point négatif est qu'il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre malgré la baisse du thermostat.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Chambre propre et agréable. Personnel très accueillant. Le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner. Pas de pain à 1h de la fin du service !! Idem pour les viennoiseries. Il ne restait que du pain de mie type longue conservation (pas du tout engageant) et des pancakes pas plus qualitatifs. Les nombreux touristes étrangers doivent être déçus de leur petit déjeuner "à la française". Il y a là un vrai axe d'amélioration.

Ma chambre était à proximité d'une autre dont le mur qui les sépare est aussi fin que du papier à cigarette. C'est comme si les occupants de l'autre chambre étaient dans ma chambre au titre du bruit, d'où ma note du séjour en termes de qualité de "sommeil" (les occupants de l'autre chambre ayant veillé très tard: 2h du matin!!!)
