Excellent location, just minutes to best Paris shopping centres Lafayette and Prientamp, hop on hop of tourist buses.|Very soft mattress and pillows.|Outstanding customer service personnel and Mr. Arnout in particular. His attitude to guests was highly appreciated.|At the same time, room size could be bigger. Too small for 2 persons. No space to place the second suitcase

Excellent location, minutes to best shopping centres Prientamps and Lafayette, as well as hop-on hop-off touristic buses, what was quite important for us. Very soft mattress and pillows in the room. Outstanding customer service and Mr. Arnout in particular ????. Many thanks to him for assistance and understanding of the guests.
The room size could be bigger, not enough for 2 persons, while fridge, tea kettle and all toiletries were on premises, what was reallly great.

I had a pleasant stay, friendly smiling staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk with the salt-and-pepper beard and geeky glasses (Arnaud?), clean cosy room, kettle, coffee maker and plenty of teabags and coffee capsules, nice breakfast, by my standards, as to me a good hearty breakfast means nice baguette bread, good French butter and jam and of course good Americano.
