As a father currently staying at the Paris Marriott Champs Élysées Hotel with my family, I can honestly say this vacation has exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made us feel right at home. The service here is truly exceptional—every request was met with genuine care and attention, making our family vacation not only comfortable but also incredibly memorable.

The hotel itself exudes a refined elegance that blends classic Parisian charm with modern luxury. Our spacious room offers breathtaking views of the bustling Champs-Élysées, and the amenities cater perfectly to both adults and children. The kids have been delighted with the playful touches in the common areas, while I’ve appreciated the quiet corners designed for relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

One of the many reasons I chose this hotel was its unbeatable location. Nestled in the heart of Paris, it provides easy access to some of the city’s most iconic tourist sites—all within walking distance. Just a short stroll away, we marveled at the Arc de Triomphe, an emblem of French history and architectural grandeur. The Champs-Élysées itself is a vibrant stretch filled with history, culture, and a lively atmosphere, perfect for a family walk in the evening. Not far from the hotel, you can also visit the Grand Palais and the Petit Palais, both architectural masterpieces that host fascinating art and cultural exhibitions.

In addition to the historical landmarks, the surrounding area is a shopper’s paradise. For those who appreciate high-end retail, the location is ideal. The Champs-Élysées is lined with luxury boutiques and flagship stores that offer an array of designer labels. Just a stone’s throw away, you’ll find prestigious brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Cartier, among others. Even if shopping isn’t your primary interest, the window displays and elegant storefronts provide a glimpse into Parisian style and sophistication that is sure to captivate both adults and children alike.

Beyond its location and design, the real standout has been the staff’s commitment to outstanding service. From the friendly concierge who provided us with detailed recommendations for family-friendly dining and entertainment, to the housekeeping team that ensured our room was immaculate every day, every member of the hotel staff went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. Their knowledge of the city, coupled with a genuine desire to make our stay unforgettable, truly set this hotel apart. Their dedication has allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation, knowing that every detail is taken care of.

From start to finish, the hotel made sure it was an amazing trip for my family. We are so appreciative as every member of the staff was amazing. A special shout out to Eve Marie and her amazing manager Fabien! They were so kind, genuine, generous and loving! Absolutely loved these two special amazing people!!! Special shout out to the concierge team, you’re treats, note and room was soooo spectacular! Also, a special shoutout to the amazing breakfast crew. Amazing place!

Désolée je mets 1 Etoile pour illustrer la frustration et la tristesse que j'ai ressenti en organisant mon mariage en mai 2025 avec Mariott Champs Elysee. J'ai fait plusieurs visites avec mon conjoint, l'équipe évènementiel nous a établi plusieurs devis précis. J'ai commence à me projeter et à réfléchir à la déco. Nous avions reçu une date pour venir signer le devis. Et la VEILLE, on nous appelle pour dire que Marriott ne fera aucun évènement de janvier à novembre 2025 à cause de travaux. Comment une telle décision peut elle être si soudaine et sans préavis ? Est ce que Marriott rembourse et annule les évènements 2025 déjà signés ? La manière dont l'équipe évènementiel a géré mon dossier a manqué de professionnalisme et de transparence.
