Un hôtel agréable aux chambres fraîchement rénovées. Les chambres sur cour sont très calmes malgré l'emplacement dans un quartier très fréquenté. Seul bémol : chambre un peu trop chauffée.

My second stay at Ouest Hotel
I enjoyed it but:
-had to ask for the wifi code
-there is no little fridge in the room
-had no clue on how to use the bedroom safe
-slippery shower floor
On the other hand very pleasant staff which is always a plus!

We were travelling with a baby and requested a baby cot when we made the booking. The reception was unsure but then confirmed the cot was prepared in the room when we arrived. Surprised when we got into the room because 1. We were on floor5 1/2 which means we had to carry the pushchair through some stairs in a narrow corridor, and 2. There was no cot in the room. We couldn’t get hold of reception through the phone and had to wait about an hour to actually get a cot. We had to help get the cot into the room. The bed sheet was not appropriate and blanket or duvet was not provided.
However, the staff was willing to help and even allowed us to store baby’s food in their fridge.
