5/5 Fantastic Experience! My husband and I are young but seasoned travelers for business, and we have stayed in a variety of hotels over our lifetime. The reason why we choose "Leading Hotels of the World", which Fauchon Paris is part of, is because they never disappoint. Rooms were beautiful, food was fantastic, Service was phenomenal, and Staff were so kind and helpful at every turn. Daily breakfast was PERFECT because of Maya and Guillaume, whereas the check-in and overall stay was PERFECT because of Ali. If I owned a hotel, these would be the individuals that would represent who I would want to hire. Location of the hotel was perfect, about 2km from all major tourist attractions. Very pleasant surprise was that there was a complimentary gourmet bar in our room that was re-stocked daily. This allowed us to have snacks, macarons, and tea/coffee when we came back to our hotel every evening. The staff member who was in charge of re-stocking was born for his role. He was funny, fantastic, kind, and wanted to make 100% sure that we had everything we wanted and needed everyday. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Довольно паршивый отель. Номера маленькие с убогим дизайном. Ресепшн наорала на меня когда я сегодня забирал чемодан. Потом сам нес его под дождем в такси, хотя портье стоял на входе с зонтиком но для других. Эта же девушка забронировала мне примитивный ресторан Лаперуз. Точно здесь не стоит останавливаться

Besides, the hotel staff is super friendly and helpful to help me find my phone. I've lost my phone on the taxi seat. At the time, i was very stressful, since i was already on the way back to London and then back to US. The hotel helped me contact the taxi company and successfully convinced the taxi driver to send the phone back to the hotel. After that, hotel staff also helped me arranged the DHL, packaged my lost phone, and mailed it to me in the US in just a few days!
I'm really impressive by the excellent service and helpfulness of hotel staff in hotel Fauchon. I will definitely continue to choose the hotel as the place to stay in the next trip to Paris!
