Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was nice-- modern decor and clean. The area is charming and within an hour walk to most of the major sites. Perks of the hotel include on-site breakfast, snacks in the afternoon and evenings, and free in-room minibar. We would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was great! The area is charming and, in my opinion, just far enough away from the hoards of tourists without being at all inconvenient for sight seeing. The stay included some lovely percs like water and croissants.

Excellent service, very tasteful and clean, complimentary water and soft drinks at the mini-bar, smiling and helpful personnel, super location. With lots of cafes and bistrots in the area and very close to St.Agustin Metro station, it is ideal for a pleasant city-break.

Cet hôtel est TOP !! Super accueil, grand sourire, chambre et salle de bain suffisamment grandes pour 1 ou 2 personnes, très propre, super lit... et un balcon avec une chaise (rare à Paris). Je recommande les yeux fermés cet hôtel qui est situé à 1 pas de la place St Augustin. Venez, vous ne serez pas déçu(e)!

The location is very good. You can reach many attractions in half an hour on foot. There are free drinks and desserts after 2 o'clock every day.

Recomendo muito o hotel, quartos limpos, roupa de cama e banho de ótima qualidade. Local silencioso e seguro, próximo de vários restaurantes e estações de metrô. Os funcionários são cordiais e solícitos, fazem de tudo para que você se sinta em casa| Café da manhã gostoso, possui opções sem gluten e sem lactose. Gostaria de agradecer especialmente ao Ilir que foi muito gentil na nossa estadia.

L'accueil était parfait, la chambre était jolie et bien décorée. Tout était bien propre! Cet hôtel a un emplacement hyper pratique et le personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients. |Le petit plus, les snacks accessibles à notre retour après une journée de visites.

I've recently had the best hotel experience in a touristic crowded city like Paris. Hotel Augustin - Astotel is in the center, very well positioned quite close to any touristic spot you would like to visit, close to the metro station as well, but in a quiet area at the same time. Imagine something between Champs Elysee, Place de la Concorde and Opera, few minutes walking distance to Hausmann Blvd. ||The room was small (but hey, you are in Paris :)), very clean and with a such a beautiful balcony and view to St. Augustin cathedral. ||The staff was amazing, quite a surprise as anyone might know that hospitality is not the key asset in Paris. Kind, friendly people, ready to make your stay the most enjoyable possible. They were happy to welcome me at the breakfast at 11.00, to make recommendations, to surprise me with a gift for my birthday. ||I strongly recommend it and I'm happy for my choice and experience. ||Anamaria Chiriachez, May 2025

Very beautiful hotel with very clean room and fantastic stuff. Location of the hotel is great, near the bus and metro station. Staying in this hotel feels like being home. The neighborhood is close to many Paris attractions and great to walk around.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Augustin. Lovely hotel in a good location. 2 metro stops and Gare St. Lazare all within 5 to 10 mins walking distance. Bedroom was good and was cleaned daily to a high standard. Buffet breakfast was great and items were replenished regularly by the very attentive staff. We were received warmly at Reception when we arrived. The snack bar from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. was really convenient. The complimentary bottled water and soft drinks in the perfectly cold mini fridge in the room was a bonus. This is a great value for money hotel and deserves its consistently good reviews. @Hotel Augustin team - thank you for a lovely stay.

Отличный отель в 5-7 минутах ходьбы от опера и галереи Лафайет. Вкусный завтрак и возможность перекуса с 14.00 до 02.00 во всех отелях сети ( их 17 по всему городу ). Ребята на ресепшен готовы помочь по всем вопросам. В номере в минибаре всегда есть вода .сок и кола

Edit a year later: breakfast was somewhat boring, room noisy bc of lower level than previously and outside activity more or less all night. Personnel at reception were nice and welcoming but at brekfast were not attentive to customers. Removing a star.

A wonderful and friendly hidden gem. Great location, large rooms, beautiful people and much more!!!|Breakfast is exceptional, there are drinks and snacks available 24/7 and each and the staff is always happy to help.|Metro is 3 minutes away and many attractions are 10 min walk away.|I highly recommend and I am sure that whenever I will visit Paris, that’s the place I want to stay!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic and definitely recommended to anyone traveling to marvelous Paris. You'll be greeted and supported by friendly, attentive and caring staff members. Special thanks to ILIR for helping out with all the questions :) I was given large room with the terrace with the view over the quiet rue Roy, which was so nice! Room was in a pristine clean ,spotless condition. The room itself is equipped with everything one might need, they even have the mini bar filled with water, drinks. Hotel is very well connected too all the public transport means, for example, Place de la Concorde and le jardin des Tuileries is only 3 bus stops away from the hotel. Everything was perfect about this hotel and I will surely come back in the future!

Мы приехали в отель в 8-00 утра, нас очень приветливо встретили, молодой человек на ресепшен предложил нам позавтракать, подробно рассказал и обозначил на карте интересующий нас маршрут. Мы оставили вещи в камере хранения и перед выходом в город нам любезно предложили воду с собой. Мы проживали в номере 103, номер достаточно просторный, светлый, удобная кровать, бесплатный мини бар с прохладительными напитками. Обязательно вернёмся в отель в следующий раз.

Habitación muy limpia y confortable, camas muy cómodas. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Ambiente familiar y cálido. Buen desayuno y variado. Excelente ubicación que permite ir a muchos lugares turísticos caminando. Un lugar para volver y recomendar.

We stayed here a few weeks ago and absolutely loved our stay. Quieter area away from major touristy places but easy to get around! The hotel itself was inviting and the snacks each day were a plus. The rooms were nice and had an adequate amount of space. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist!

My review is based on three stays in Hotel Augustin. Most recent one was a week-long stay at the hotel in April 2025. I stayed there with my girlfriend. Before that I also stayed at the hotel in April 2018 and April 2019. Those stays were also week-long and I stayed with my closest relatives.||I think that main thing about the hotel is its location. It isjust a stone's throw from St Lazare busy district that features a train and metro station, many restaurants, cafes, steakhouses, fast food outlets...you name it. A few well stocked supermarkets are also walking distance (namely G20 which is well stocked and open till late).||But of course you went to Paris for its attractions. Hotel Augustin is very conveniently located. It is within walking distance from the Louvre/De La Concorde Square, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower on one side and Quarter Pigalle, Montmartre, Basilique du Sacre-Coeur, the opera house on the other. They are walking distance from the hotel.||The hotel itself is in a Parisian town building. Also it is decorated in a way that in subtle way reminds you what city you are in, from wwallpapers to lamps inside the rooms. The hotel has a convenient lift/elevator to higher floors but it's good to use the spiral staircase which is next to it and has that Parisian feel about it. Rooms are comfortable and bright. The windows are well sound-insulated which is importans as the hotel is right next to a busy St Lazare area. Toilets are clean and comfortable. So are beds. Rooms are airconditioned too.|| Reception desk is manned round the clock by friendly and helpful people. It was great to have a chat with a few of them. They really make sure you feel well looked after in the hotel. Great people each one of them I have spoken to (Thank you guys if you happen to read this!)||I do recommend choosing breakfast at the hotel. At the cost of a few Euro you have a wide variety of hot and cold foods, from eggs served as scrambled egg, omelets, fried, to sausages, bacon, cured meat, sliced ham to baked goods (croissants, breads, buns) to fresh fruits, fruit salads, different oat meals... you name it. Offer changes I think daily. You can drink different fresh juices as well as hot drinks - teas, coffees, hot chocolate and so on. There is a free to use coffee/hot drink machine for guests as well. You can access dining area throughout the day and have drinks and baked goods (baked goods till stock lasts which usually is well into the evening).||To sum it up it is a convenient, hospitable, caring and friendly hotel right at the heart of Paris.

Hôtels à proximité de tout. Personnel très gentils. Un superbe groupe hôtelier qui offre le long de la journée des collations. Vraiment Top!

Bonne situation, chambre propre, équipements standards, douche à haute pression. Bon salon pour prendre le thé et le café. La chambre est très étroite. Juste assez grande pour 2 personnes. Très compacte mais elle est parfaite et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer une bonne nuit. Le personnel de la réception était également très sympathique et gentil.

L'un des meilleurs hôtels où j'ai séjourné. Nouveau, moderne, propre, très central, avec un excellent petit déjeuner et un salon disponible de 14h à minuit avec des boissons chaudes et froides gratuites, des snacks et la possibilité de réchauffer des petits plats. Mais c'est surtout l'atmosphère qui est pour moi l'atout le plus précieux. Le personnel - de la réception aux femmes de ménage - est amical, serviable et souriant. Il est toujours là, discrètement, pour vous mettre à l'aise et discuter avec vous. Les chambres sont adéquates par rapport aux normes parisiennes, mais il n'y a malheureusement pas d'armoire. Je suggère de mettre au moins deux étagères hautes pour ranger les chemises ou les oreillers qui ne sont pas utilisés. J'ai bien dormi, la chambre était chaude, la salle de bain petite mais il y avait tout : une étagère sous le lavabo pour les trousses de beauté et une au-dessus des toilettes pour les autres utilitaires. Douche avec baignoire, à la fois à main et avec un très grand jet central. Petit déjeuner dans la salle à manger sommaire, mais confortable et moderne avec du sucré et du salé. Personnellement, même en me levant tard, j'ai toujours trouvé de quoi me réapprovisionner. Le vrai joker est la disponibilité de la salle de petit déjeuner de 14/24 h avec un assortiment de boissons chaudes (thé, tisanes ou café et chocolat) et de petits snacks sucrés ou salés. Vous pouvez prendre quelque chose à emporter et le réchauffer dans le micro-ondes disponible et le manger ici. L'air que vous respirez est donc très détendu et amical et le personnel est souriant et très serviable ! Des vacances parfaites !
