I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There were bottles of wine in the minibar with no price tags or any clear notice that they would be charged. I assumed they were complimentary, but upon checkout, I was surprised to find an expensive charge added to my bill. I explained the misunderstanding and asked for a refund, but the staff refused and were unwilling to listen.||On top of that, the room was extremely small, poorly ventilated, and uncomfortable. For the price paid, the living environment was far below expectations. This kind of lack of transparency and low-quality accommodation is unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially international travelers who might not expect such hidden tricks.

Una ubicación privilegiada. El hotel es sencillo, sin embargo es cómodo. El cuarto pequeño como todos los hoteles en París. El servicio es muy bueno.

La chambre était assez grande mais donnait sur cour et était très sombre et mériterait un rafraichissement sur les peintures et surtout dans la salle de bain qui n'est pas à la hauteur de ce qu'on attend d'un 4 étoiles.|Autre bémol : le petit déjeuner qui est plus que décevant, pour 24 euros vous aurez le droit d'aller dans le café accolé à l'hôtel et aurez le droit à une boisson chaude, un verre de jus d'orange industriel, un mini croissant, un mini pain au chocolat, un mini pain (sans beurre ou confiture) , une verrine de salade de fruits et 2 pancakes.

We spent three nights at this hotel as a family for the Paris Marathon and overall left with a positive impression. In fact, if we come back again, we’d probably choose to stay here once more. If you're traveling with kids, I recommend booking the Junior Suite.
The hotel’s location is excellent, and all the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The rooms were generally very clean and well-maintained. For example, unlike many other places we’ve stayed, the Nespresso machine and kettle in the room were spotless and limescale-free :)
The beds were quite comfortable and the sheets were perfectly clean.
The only issue we had was the sound insulation between rooms — if you're a light sleeper, you might hear conversations or even the coffee machine from the neighboring room as if it were in your own. But if that doesn’t bother you, I think it’s a great hotel overall.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, POOR ROOM STANDARD AND DISHONEST BEHAVIOUR
Extremely HORRIBLE experience. There was ZERO transparency regarding minibar charges — nothing was clearly displayed, and no one informed us at any point. When we questioned the charges later, the manager even said, “Why didn’t you ask?” That’s not how hospitality works.
At checkout, no one asked whether we had used anything from the minibar, but after we left, the hotel QUIETLY charged our credit card without any notice or approval. When we returned to dispute it, the manager was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, just outright REFUSAL to everything we requested. Not even once trying to understand or assist.
We even brought back the untouched minibar items, but they refused to accept them. With no clear pricing and no communication, this felt deceptive and DISHONEST. Not once did we feel welcomed or respected as guests. We even mentioned that we would be leaving a review online, but they clearly didn’t care and told us to do whatever we wanted — an SHOCKING attitude for a hospitality business.
On top of that, the room was extremely small, poorly ventilated, and uncomfortable. For the price paid, the living environment was far BELOW expectations. This kind of lack of transparency and low-quality accommodation is unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially international travelers who might not expect such HIDDEN TRICKS.
