What a wonderful stay! Thanks to the staff in particular for all their help, suggestions and patience. The room was modern and comfortable with a great location, very easy walk to a Metro station. There's also a shopping area and plenty of bistros, cafes and coffee shops. We highly recommend this hotel

Este hotel está muito bem localizado, muito perto da estação de Saint Lazare. Os quartos estão muito bem decorados e a cama é muito confortável e a casa de banho muito moderna e bem decorada. Passei as minhas bodas de prata e dei essa informação na reserva e eles fizeram uma surpresa no quarto com uma decoração de acordo com o momento e com umas ofertas de água, macarrons e docinhos e um postal de Parabéns, estes pormenores fizeram a diferença porque valorizaram o nosso pedido. Equipa prestável e simpática, preço razoável, pelo que recomendo a estadia.

This hotel was in a perfect location, not too far from Old Town Nice. It's run by the owner, Sophie, who was sweet and very friendly. We enjoyed talking to her about her gardens around the building. We would definitely stay there again.

Nous avons séjourné pour l’anniversaire de ma femme dans cet hôtel qui est à notre avis, pas moins qu’un véritable hôtel, cinq étoiles personnel à l’écoute pré réactif très professionnel. Incroyable franchement ça fait longtemps que je n’ai pas trouvé un endroit aussi agréable en se sentant comme chez nous avec un luxe Parfait. Merci à toute l’équipe. ||

Super comfortable beds, good location, and great breakfast. The hotel has a more intimate and romantic ambience. There is a market conveniently located next door and the staff were very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here the next time I visit Paris.

The best breakfast I have ever had. There was that excellent lady working there called Valentine. Always kindly smiling and attending the guestd whole heartedly. Some mean old couple was very unkind to her and she responded with a smile.
I had a question about some item that ran out from the breakfast table and she quickly went to the kitchen to prepare it for us. Amazing person to have in a hotel.

Cet hotel est une vraie belle surprise: bien situé et accessible, une decoration tres , très kitsch, un accueil chaleureux, une chambre très bien equipée, un excellent service, un tres bon petit dejeuner, et tout cela à un prix tres raisonnable. Sans compter le bar ouvert à toute heure...

Personale gentile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Camera pulita e silenziosa, ottima insonorizzazione. Kit di benvenuto molto apprezzato anche dai bambini. Se devo proprio trovare un lato negativo è il soffione della doccia a soffitto che sparava l’acqua fuori dalla zona doccia rendendo inutilizzabile il soffione e obbligando l’utilizzo del solo soffione manuale….nulla di drammatico naturalmente. Nel complesso ottima struttura a due passi dalla stazione Saint Lazare.

Terrific boutique hotel in the 8th close to Gare St. Lazare. Half block to the metro and walking distance to Madeleine and Place de le Concord. Staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke English and helped me with my poor French. Reasonable prices and decent size rooms. Very pleasant experience.

Cumple con lo que promete. Es un hotel con una hermosa decoración y una ubicación espectacular. Prácticamente llegas caminando a todos los lugares turísticos de mayor importancia y también tienes acceso cercano a restaurantes, cafeterías, metro y plazas comerciales. El precio no es el más económico pero tiene una buena calidad y servicio del personal que lo hacen valer. Me gustó mucho que la ducha y el wc están separados en la habitación y que todo está bien iluminado y limpio.

Buon hotel, ma responsabili non competenti, avevamo prenotato due camere comunicanti avendo 2 figli minori e che dipendenti dell hotel avevano confermato con una mail,ma al nostro arrivo in albergo ci hanno comunicato che non esistevano questo tipo di camere e dopo che abbiamo "minacciato" di andare via sono COMPARSE le camere comunicanti...CHE VERGOGNA|Pertanto la prima sera abbiamo avuto una camera al 5 piano ed una al 6 piano,ROVINANDO la serata,invece la seconda e terza sera siamo riusciti ad avere le camere comunicanti....|Al momento di saldare non abbiamo ricevuto ne delle scuse, ne tanto meno un minimo di sconto, nonostante l eclatante errore fatto|Atteggiamento no da hotel 5 stelle|NON RITORNEREMO|Mi spiace perché abbiamo conosciuto Siwar, ragazza alla reception super disponibile e molto competente

Honest review:
Pros: Service was amazing! Thomas was the best, he really was kind to us and helped my husband surprise me with beautiful flowers. Breakfast was very quaint, cute and clean, had good selections and variety. The lobby is beautifully decorated and they offer fruit water tea and cookies at all times. The hotel is located near everything convenient, grocery store is next door, metro is very easy to access, plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, clothing stores, you name it. Also, the bidet attached to the toilet seat and warmer is the best!
Cons: the gentleman who made up our bed (converting it from two twins to a king) smelled really bad like armpit body odor, it lingered in the room even after he left, and I could see little curly heads hairs on the bed cover. The rooms were a bit dated. The hotel is very noisy during the day and into evening. You could hear ambulance, beeping and yelling from inside even with the window closed. The hotel staff mentions also that the guests receive two complimentary waters per day, there have been days we have only received one, and a day we had to call for our water. It was just a bit inconsistent for a 5 star. However they did fix it when we called.
Every place has its pros and cons. With a few tweaks this hotel could be a great place to stay depending on what you’re looking for. We were on a honeymoon and needed something a little quieter. I think if I stayed again I’d stay for less of a time. All in all the friendly staff is what was truly the best here.

Mon séjour fut incroyable, j’étais accompagné de mes amis et ma famille. Nous avons passé de très bon moments ||Service impeccable notamment grace à la gentillesse de Thomas. Je recommande !||Le vin et les repas sont excellent ! Je reviendrai lors de mon prochain séjour à Paris

Doudou from the front desk is great: pro active, efficient and really gentle. I left very able in the morning and he was as kind as to provide me with coffee and croissant even without request, besides handoing my luggage and getting a taxi for me - all in just a few minutes. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Perfect cleaning. Very convenient location - next door to Gare Saint Lazare station, walking distance to anywhere in the 8eme.

Très bien situé, propreté irréprochable, accueil chaleureux et petit déjeuner complet de très bonne qualité. Salle de bain très luxueuse et décoration intéressante. Le patio intérieur est un bel atout. La réception est très arrangeante pour les départs tardifs.

Front desk staff was helpful when checking in. I did encounter an issue with the man that recommends things to do. He gave the taxi the wrong address, and when I went back and told him about the mistake, he didn’t even apologize or take ownership of the fact that he gave the wrong address to the taxi and at the end of the day I paid both fares and wasn’t even Given remedy for the mistake. Also, one night when I couldn’t sleep I asked the front desk man if it was safe to do a quick walk around he said yes, it’s safe. So I walked around there for less than 5 mins, and there was a dark complexion man that followed me and I went back into the hotel, and when I come back to the front desk five minutes later the front desk man locked the sliding doors of the hotel and I was still outside. It’s kind of ridiculous that they have to lie about little things when being truthful from the start would be better. It is NOT safe in Paris at night.
