Concierge was very friendly and helpful. Location is a nice neighborhood. Junior suite was small, dark, and badly needed an upgrade. Three members of the staff (not the hard-working concierge) demanded a tip at checkout.

We spent five nights in this lovely boutique hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. It is located on a very quiet and pretty block in the 8th. The location is perfect, nearby to everything while feeling a world away. We had a junior suite on the 5th floor with a nice balcony and views of the Eiffel Tower. With its quiet location, perfect soundproofing and very comfortable bed, the room offered the most important luxury for a traveler; a good night’s sleep. It did indeed feel like we were staying in a private luxury apartment in Paris, albeit one with impeccable service and wonderful breakfast every morning. We will return on our next visit to Paris.

This beautiful boutique hotel is a gem! Our suite 201 was above average in size for a Paris hotel and perfect for our 10 day stay. We were greeted warmly by the concierge and staff and felt like family by the time we had to depart. With only 12 suites the concierge attention to its guests is a top priority. Dinner reservations, the ballet, cabs…whatever our whim they fulfilled it. And the housekeeping staff freshened the suite twice daily. The only downside for us oldsters who can’t do a lot of walking was that because it’s a residential neighborhood (the President lives around the corner) there are no Cafes or bakeries within close proximity.However we certainly didn’t go hungry! It’s a Relais and Chateau 5 star boutique hotel and absolutely divine!
