シャンゼリゼの裏通りにある好立地、レトロな室内は清潔で快適。バスタブがあることに加えて洗浄便座完備がありがたい。通りに面した部屋のせいか外の物音が気になった

We loved everything about our stay here. Perfect location for seeing the sights - just off the Champs Elysees, in easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Arc De Triomphe, Louvre and many more attractions. The lady on reception was lovely and extremely helpful and our room was perfect for our weekend break. I would definitely return to this hotel next time we visit Paris!

Le réceptionniste me confirme bien que la réservation est dans l'hôtel, mais eux " ne l'ont pas reçu"... Pendant 1/4h ils font semblant de vérifier sur leur ordi sans nous inviter à nous asseoir. Donc débrouillez-vous, 0 excuses, 0 solution, 0 volonté d'en trouver une ou d'appeler des confrères... Bref 0 service... Un petit couac dans notre we mais ce fut un mal pour un bien car cet hôtel très chic en apparence extérieure est en fait très vieillot à l'intérieur et nous avons trouvé une chambre dans un autre hôtel moins cher le jour même avec des prestations excellentes et un accueil digne de ce nom ! Bref, hôtel à fuir !
