La poignée de main chaleureuse de Thierry Marx, venu à la rencontre des clients. Et avec un regard scintillant de plaisirs. Le service impeccable. L’ensemble des personnels. De l’accueil aux personnels de salle. Vraiment très attentifs, pédagogiques dans la présentation des plats. Avec un plaisir de mettre les clients à l’aise. Arborant constamment un sourire d’écoute et de bienveillance.

Thierry Marx's warm handshake, as he came to meet the customers. And his eyes sparkling with pleasure. The impeccable service. All the staff. From the reception to the dining room staff. Truly very attentive, informative in the presentation of the dishes. With a pleasure in putting customers at ease. Constantly displaying a smile of listening and kindness.
