Le Sauvage est un restaurant qui allie qualité et convivialité ! Avec une carte courte garantissant la fraîcheur des produits, vous serez comblé. If you want a Michelin star worthy restaurant without paying the Michelin star prices I highly suggest going to this restaurant. Not only was the food delicious but our waitress Poh was so amazing and knowledgeable on every dish we had. She gave detailed explanations about what we were eating and the chefs inspirations. I had the Langoustine crispy raviolis as a starter. Perfection. Grilled octopus for my entree and for dessert I had the strawberry vacherin which was so lightweight and delicious. Perfect ending to the meal.

Being only an English speaker in France they made me feel very accommodated. They described each and every menu item and what to expect (and sometimes how best to experience it) completely and deliciously.
The server talked to us for a bit at the end which was a very friendly way to end a dinner. She talked about how the menu is always rotating with fresh and local ingredients per discretion of their chef.
Incredible service, and food. Would go again if I were in Paris again to see what a second experience would hold.
