This has been the best meal in France over a 6-week vacation. Meals were exquisite. Service impeccable, and suggested wines lovely. Menu varies depending on what is fresh and available. Seriously consider recommendations. This is a definite booking as it is only small but well worth the wait. It is a definite 5 star.

Le Sauvage est un bon restaurant, vraiment. Mieux qu’un restaurant de quartier, si bon soit-il. Mais pas vraiment un excellent restaurant non plus, prix compris. La carte est courte, les produits sont frais, bien accommodés et cuisinés. Il y a juste ce qu’il faut d’originalité. On est toujours content, mais jamais au-delà de nos attentes. Donc, si c’est cela que vous cherchez, vous serez comblés. Si vous espérez un excellent restaurant, un peu moins. Clairement recommandé quand même.

What a meal, best meal I had in Paris. Things about my stay I'll remember, the time with loved ones and friends, the Eiffel Tower, walking along the Seine, Paris at night and Le Sauvage. The food speaks for itself, delicious, delicate and beautiful. The service (you know who you are) is super friendly, bubbly, what an absolute delight. We had a great time, talked about the food and the people for the rest of the trip. A total must go!
