We come to restaurants for two things: good food and great atmosphere and we got it all in Le Monte Carlo. The food was awesome, we had duck and ravioli. Both plates came super quick from a cook with a huge smile on his face, you could feel the passion in the food itself. The waiter was extremely nice! We felt very well treated by Monsieur Kodak, who did everything with a smile on his face and was the friendliest waiter we have seen in Paris. This world needs more people like him. 10/10
