一直坐落在Lauriston大街的 Akrame Benallal餐馆最近搬到Tronchet大街，本来只是临时性的餐馆，等待老址装修完工后再迁回去。然而2016年夏天， Akrame最终决定把这里当作餐馆的永久地址，而且中止了Lauriston大街餐馆的装修。餐馆设计精美，环境舒适，餐厅有26个座位，露台上有19个座位，保持和原餐馆同样的菜单。展示出不改变其特性的天赋，一个惊喜。年轻的主厨经过Pierre Gagnaire 和 Ferran Adria的培训，烹饪的美食犹如华尔兹，在味道的旋风和飞转中起舞。这里没有展示出来的菜单和套餐。人们在几种菜肴中选择（中午3种菜肴，晚上4至6种），然后等着上菜。明天，也许还有鲭鱼，但可能不是配老奶酪、芥末嫩芽和花椰菜心。Akrame肯定会添加其他的配菜。猪里脊也是如此。现在，主厨用了红萝卜汁和肉汁浓汤和黄豆。至于加泰罗尼亚奶霜有一股甘草味，但谁能说，明天会不会是柠檬味？只有Akrame知道！

Tout d'abord j'ai trouvé la salle un peu sombre.
Le service est efficace mais très guindé.
Pour ce qui est de la cuisine, elle est maitrisée.
Mais il n'y a aucun plat qui m'a marqué et vu le prix, j'ai finalement trouvé cela très cher.

Our second visit to Akrame. Beautiful ambience and decor; loved the music too. Exceptional service. Food was outstanding in taste but the portions were honestly too small, for the main course especially. The men in our party of 4 ordered the lamb and only got one small lamb shank which looked meager and unhappy on the plate. At a minimum this should be 2-3. The veal portions were better, but overall for a 4-course menu this needs to be adjusted to come up to the standard we expect.

Bel endroit à la déco ethnique réussie. Service irréprochable et souriant. Pas convaincu par l huile carbonée je trouve qu on y perd la force et le goût de l olive.

J’avais beaucoup apprécié Akrame lors de précédentes visites, parcontre j’ai beaucoup moins aimé ce dîner car un des participants (nous étions 3) a été très malade à l’issue du repas. Nous supposons qu’il s’agit d’une intoxication alimentaire, assez violente car elle a tout de même duré près de 36 heures.

The flavors lacked depth and indulgence—nothing truly stood out or felt memorable. While the dishes were well-presented, the portions were so tiny they felt like a caricature of fine dining, leaving us unsatisfied.
In the end, while the food wasn’t bad, it failed to inspire or provide the indulgent experience that one anticipates from a restaurant of this caliber. For a Michelin star, we expected much more.
