一直坐落在Lauriston大街的 Akrame Benallal餐馆最近搬到Tronchet大街，本来只是临时性的餐馆，等待老址装修完工后再迁回去。然而2016年夏天， Akrame最终决定把这里当作餐馆的永久地址，而且中止了Lauriston大街餐馆的装修。餐馆设计精美，环境舒适，餐厅有26个座位，露台上有19个座位，保持和原餐馆同样的菜单。展示出不改变其特性的天赋，一个惊喜。年轻的主厨经过Pierre Gagnaire 和 Ferran Adria的培训，烹饪的美食犹如华尔兹，在味道的旋风和飞转中起舞。这里没有展示出来的菜单和套餐。人们在几种菜肴中选择（中午3种菜肴，晚上4至6种），然后等着上菜。明天，也许还有鲭鱼，但可能不是配老奶酪、芥末嫩芽和花椰菜心。Akrame肯定会添加其他的配菜。猪里脊也是如此。现在，主厨用了红萝卜汁和肉汁浓汤和黄豆。至于加泰罗尼亚奶霜有一股甘草味，但谁能说，明天会不会是柠檬味？只有Akrame知道！

Un lieu enchanteur et caché et une cuisine "noirement" exceptionnelle , le noir a dû goût et quel goût , les plats sont plein d'invention , le noir est bien mis en valeur et déjeuner en terrasse par grand beau temps n'est pas à négliger !

Une très belle expérience dans une salle intimiste où les tables sont bien espacées et le décor travaillé. Le service est parfait et la cuisine ouverte permet d’observer le travail de l’équipe. Les plats sont fins et gardent une certaine simplicité qui permet d’apprécier les goûts. Un très bon moment dans un bel endroit.

The dining experience was truly on another level. The menu was thoughtfully designed, and every dish had a little surprise—whether it was in the way the food was cooked, the presentation, or a creative twist on flavor. The food was amazing: bold in flavor yet restrained, and perfectly balanced in both taste and texture.
The service was attentive and elegant, with a pace that felt just right. The restaurant’s ambiance is modern, with a cohesive black theme that runs throughout the space.
Highly recommended—it was an unforgettable and exceptional gastronomic experience in Paris.
