Une entrée de restaurant pas très bien indiquée mais ensuite une excellente expérience de diverses saveurs. Petit clin d'œil à la sommelière pour l'alliance du vin de saké avec le poisson... Impressionnant. Je recommande vivement

Excellente soirée, deuxième visite au 39V, toujours aussi agréable. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine, absolument délicieuse et le service, convivial et particulièrement obligeant. Parfait :)

My wwife had her 50th birthday in Paris. And we went to this beautiful looking restaurant. Pre booked and made sure everything about the gluten free diets were shared, and the special wine aside every dish was ordered.
Well… at dish one they forgot the wine that belonged to it, they didn’t cared for the glutenfree bread (they took it away with apologies, but 5 mins later another waiter came with the same gluten bread…). Later on there was a nice course with vegetables aside and they made sure that, after we asked specifically, no gluten were in there. Okay, so my wife took that vegetable, and suddenly the waiter comes back and said: “I’m sorry, but there ARE gluten in there. Sorry Sorry….” And the story goes on and on…

For a Michelin restaurant, the flavours and dishes are very nice. But, if you mention many days before that there is a diet and the restaurant is replying that this is no problem at all, you should be able trust that. This concerns a health situation!!! It’s not like there is a fork missing or something…. Unbelievable…

The birthday of my wife should have been closed with a beautiful and stunning dinner, and that was not the case at all.

For this price, people expect more!

Though I made a clear reservation for two gluten free chef's choice, nobody seemed to be prepared for us. As a celiac it was long time ago I had a sequence of misunderstandings and mistakes. In this restaurant which should be quite fancy, it was almost impossible to count the mistakes. When I turned out to be eating spelt grain and the waiter confirmed it was 100% safe, my confidence was completely gone. During the evening I already had noticed too many waiters walking around and forgetting what their core business was. Water and wine came too late and glutenfree bread came straight out of the freezer. As a (during daytime) business manager I saw the lack of efficiency. Though food and wine where great, if service is bad and nothing is happening with the subtle feed back you're trying to give, it's simply a very disappointing birthday dinner. If I were manager in this restaurant, kitchen and waiters would get better orders in case of dietary requirements, and I would cut back half of the staff. A dinner for two is average 600 euro. This restaurant has to make serious changes to keep up with the expectations.
