What made the situation worse was that shortly after, a French lady was seated at the table next to us, and when she requested a different table, they immediately accommodated her request — a clear display of double standards.
It also took nearly 30 minutes for someone to take our order, which added to the frustration. And even when we asked for the bill, it took more than half an hour to receive it — a clear sign of poor service and lack of attention to guests.
We don’t go to places like this just for the food — we go for the full experience, from the moment we walk in until we pay the bill. That’s what we expect and what we’re paying for: professional, respectful service and a welcoming atmosphere.
On a positive note, the food was good, and I appreciate the waiter who served us — he was the only kind and friendly member of the staff. He spoke to us in Arabic with a smile and even made a few jokes, which made the experience a bit more pleasant.
However, due to the unprofessional and discriminatory attitude we encountered, I would not return to the Paris branch. They seriously lack the ability to treat all guests equally, regardless of nationality.
