During a difficult time for our family, the team at Hôtel Bowmann demonstrated compassion and generosity that went far beyond standard hospitality. My daughter had booked a non-refundable stay, and due to unforeseen personal circumstances, she was unable to travel.
Despite the strict cancellation policy, the hotel chose to refund the full amount as a kind and exceptional gesture. They were under no obligation to do so, yet they acted with empathy, professionalism, and humanity—qualities that are rare and deeply appreciated.
A very special thank you to Sonia, whose kindness, patience, and thoughtful communication made all the difference. Her support turned a stressful situation into a deeply appreciated act of goodwill.
This level of care and understanding reflects not only excellent customer service but also genuine values. We are incredibly grateful and will absolutely choose Hôtel Bowmann for future stays in Paris.
