C'est un endroit horrible ! La nourriture n'est pas bonne, le personnel est très désagréable, le service est dégoûtant, les prix sont très élevés pour une telle qualité, l'ambiance est dégoûtante

Désolés on ne sert pas de café en terrasse !
C est la meilleure de l’année
Avec une terrasse quasi vide c est invraisemblable de s entendre dire ce type de phrase .
Passez votre chemin
Vous trouvez une terrasse très agréable au Paris London ( 30 mètres plus loin )

Café crème sans saveur à 7,80€ ! Les omelettes n’ont pas meilleure allure… Le genre d’établissement qui nuit à la reputation des cafés parisiens. Dommage !

Very friendly staff but when it comes to food, only thing I can say was good is the onion soup.

For mains we had a chicken wok which was sweet like a chocolate cake, and veggie burger which was soaked in oil. French fries was over cooked so you could brake your teeth on it.

Very disappointing considering it was over 40€ per person for a 2 course dinner and a coke.

Even though we left 3/4 of the burger, waiter didn’t bother to ask if the meal was ok or not. They probably know what kind of food they serve so they avoid asking.

In general, visit only for drinks or maybe the onion soup and avoid the rest????????????

Sehr gut gelegenes Café/Restaurant am Place de la Madeleine. Wir sind während des extremen Hagelsturms hergekommen und haben dort gegessen und getrunken. Unser Kellner war total nett und sehr lustig drauf. Das Essen kam auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Wird auf jeden Fall wieder besucht!

Nous sommes venus après le déjeuner pour boire un café, nous demandons à nous installer en terrasse (qui n’était pas pleine). Le serveur vient prendre notre commande, mes deux amis demandent un café et moi rien (je ne bois pas de café). Le serveur me dit que je suis obligée de consommer car la terrasse est normalement réservé pour les clients qui mange… Nous nous levons donc pour partir et nous avons eu le droit à des reproches…Alors si vous souhaitez vivre le cliché du serveur parisien désagréable je vous recommande vivement d’aller là bas, sinon à quelques pas il y a un café super sympa qui nous a servis nos cafés et devinez quoi ? Ils m’ont même proposé un verre d’eau ! Incroyable non ?

If I could give negative stars, I would. The worst kind of customer service I’ve ever experienced—extremely rude and ill-manner male waiter, made us move tables for just ordering drinks and breakfast while others weren’t asked, and even hit my friend in the face with a table mat. Avoid this place at all costs.

The staff is incredibly nice, the view is amazing BUT the food is insanely terrible ???? I cannot believe someone can mess up French fries this bad, the home made iced tea was also terrible the burrata tasteless. I’d say it’s a great place to grab a drink but not to dine in

Je suis de Passage à Paris et je voulais profiter du bon temps en terrasse , je n’ai donc aucun regret d’avoir choisi cet établissement , les serveurs étaient très accueillants et j’y est passé un bon moment , sous cette chaleur je vous conseille le Seabreeze , une boisson au agrumes très rafraîchissante .

I ordered a cheese platter and it came with small salad and the cheese itself was covered in salad dressing. It was too much, so I politely asked for some napkins and a clean plate, and the waiter snapped, saying I should known cheese comes like that in Paris (I don't agree, but that a different topic). I just wanted to enjoy some cheese, not get lectured and snapped at.
Also the service very slow, the cheese was ok, nothing special.

Nous demandons à boire un verre, il est effectivement 12h10, il y a de nombreuses tables de vides. Un serveur nous emmène à l intérieur, maisun autre ferme une porte fenêtre (séparant terrasse et intérieur)devant mon épouse, puis plus personne ne nous prend en compte. Digne des mauvais cafés parisiens!

Camareros mal educados. La comida es asquerosa, nos sirvieron una ensalada César que daba pena verla (bacon podrido, queso cortado con los dedos, salsa abundante y mal puesta,….). Encima es caro y con muy mal gusto. Recomiendo evitarlo y no sentarse ni en la terraza a ver la Madeleine, hay sitios mejores en el entorno. No es difícil.
