Que dire d'un restaurant réputé depuis plus de soixante-dix ans ? Rien de plus.
Je me suis arrêté pour un excellent déjeuner à prix fixe dans la salle à manger principale de ce restaurant très formel avec un décor en boiseries entourant les sièges ouverts mais intimes.
J'ai particulièrement apprécié la langoustine grillée aux truffes noires et le classique Bœuf en Croûte.
Je devrai y retourner, et bientôt.

What can I say about a restaurant that has been renowned for over seventy years? Not much that hasn't been said before.
I stopped in for an excellent prix-fixe lunch in the main dining room of this very formal restaurant with wood-panel decor surrounding the open but intimate seating.
I especially enjoyed the grilled langoustine with black truffles and the classic Beef Wellington.
I will have to return, and soon.

The foie gras on the previous season's menu was quite creative. It's pleasantly surprising that an established restaurant can still be so innovative.

The environment is good, except for the bakery and venison, the other dishes have no surprises or even taste, although there are many side dishes, which is disappointing. There are many waiters, some of whom have a cold attitude and no enthusiasm for work. It is still far away from two Michelin stars.
