This place is old world charm. The hotel is a fantastic property and the location is excellent and from the minute you walk in the staff is welcoming and very polite , professional and exceptionally kind. The rooms were very nicely done and the beds very comfortable. The staff goes out of the way to welcome and assist you in anyway. The one thing that amazed us the most was this. We had left and were about to get on the train and realized my wife had forgotten a medication in our room . Fortunately we had met the conceirge before leaving and in conversation he gave us his contact info for our next trip to Paris. Little did we know how this would come back to help us. We reached out to him, his name is Brennan and he stopped what he was doing took a cab and brought us the medication befroe our train departed. That my friends is not only exceptional customer service but a grand reminder that genuine kindness and compassion still exist. Cant reccommend this place enough. Great place and even greater staff. Hôtel situé à quelques pas des Champs Elysées avec une équipe formidable. A l'écoute du client, se soucie de notre bien être. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et une literie très confortable. Un petit déjeuner copieux et avec beaucoup de choix!|Le service vaut un 5 étoiles!!!|Un parking est situé juste à côté.|A recommander +++
