un restaurant accueillant avec des plats délicieux merci à Kamel pour sa gentillesse|et sa disponibilité Le chef Laurent nous a gâté avec ses plats élaborés une très bonne adresse au cœur de Paris nous reviendrons. Le rapport qualité prix est raisonnable pour une bonne prestation

We arrived on a very early flight and went right to our hotel. The friendly and welcoming staff at the Warwick gladly took our bags and kept them secure behind the front desk while we went to explore the Champs-Elysees. (Did I mention you are 100 feet from one of the most famous avenues in all of Paris?) The hotel is spotless, welcoming, first rate, and has a wonderful staff. The concierge gladly secured a taxi for us when requested and was very helpful with recommendations for walkable restaurants. (Of which there are MANY). It is also close to at least TWO Metro lines. |The options at the hotel breakfast, which we had included with our room, were numerous, varied and ridiculously delicious, offering traditional French cuisine options alongside with other more ‘American-type’ expectations like eggs and bacon. (Don’t get me started on the extremely sophisticated coffee machine, do you want a latte, a cappuccino, an Americano? You can have all three and more). You will not leave breakfast hungry. We also took advantage of the lounge and had a couple of drinks, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and taking advantage of the time to get to know Brennan who studying hotel and restaurant management in Paris and working at the Warwick. He had some excellent suggestions on some hidden gems in Paris. The Warwick is worth every penny!

We found this hotel and staff to be exceptional. Brennan is so helpful as well as the desk staff. Kamel in the bar also went above and beyond. |The rooms were well appointed with curtains that darkened the room, aiding sleep. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds.

There are many hotels in Paris lacking customer service, including 5 STAR HOTELS…but there are a few where the customer service is beyond Royal. The Warwick Hotel Champs Elysees is at the Top of the List for Phenomenol Service. When we walked in, we were met by a sweet kind caring woman who sat us in the lobby and graciously brought over 2 glasses of water with lemon wedges, smiled and treated us like guests in her home. Her energy was sweet and caring and we were surprised by how welcoming she was. The AMAZING part was… she was the Director of the entire hotel, the leader who leads by example and sets the tone and mood of the entire property. We stay at the finest hotels in the world and have never been met and cared for by the Director of any hotel in 40 years. Yes, Annabelle, the Warwick Director is the only Professional leader in the hospitality business to show such Grace, Respect and kindness. She was at the front desk, walking the hotel checking on guests and helping fellow employees. She inspires her staff, respects her staff and most importantly … interacts with guest when most directors hide in their offices like they are above others and too important to actually work. Her staff like, respect and adore their Leader and mirror her kindness and Professionalism. Everyone at the front desk, bell desk, security, bars, restaurants, housekeeping and room service were beyond beyond sweet. Brennen, in guest relations called us several times asking if we needed anything, Franklin in room service, greeted us with a huge smile, set up our breakfast and poured our coffee and said “ anything you need please call and I’ll be here in just moments”. He even took some boxes and bags from the room after our shopping…we we so impressed by his sweet nature… we tipped him 50€ on a 50€ breakfast bill. We love Annabelle, Franklin, Brennen and the whole staff. Thank you Annabelle, for making our trip unbelievable, for treating us like Royalty and uplifting our trip, you should teach Directors around the world how to lead, how to show kindness and grace… you’re a STAR and Warwick Hotels and Resorts are Blessed to have you and you’re Blessed because Warwick Hotels is a Phenomenal Hotel Group who cares about their staff and customers. ❤️????????
