It’s self service only. Food is pretty decent. Pizza is freshly made. Theres no way to check what you actually ordered because you don’t get to see the order list and ordering is by a card with a QR code. The pasta counter was handled efficiently. They added an extra garlic bread with cheese at the breads counter and we only realized it when the order was delivered. By then, it was too much trouble to fix the order, so we left it behind in the hopes someone will have it.

Nous sommes venus a 15h avec mon amie.
Les prix sont correctes pour le lieu (a 2 pas des Champs-Elysées), très propre et grand.
Les plats sont copieux et bons.

Vapiano est vraiment délicieux concernant les pâtes.
Par contre, le service est catastrophique. Il faudrait vraiment penser à filtrer les serveur, en particulier Abdoul qui s’est montré désagréable et hautain, alors que nous demandions où en était notre commande après 30 minutes d’attente.

Nous avons donc reçu notre assiette de pâtes plus d’une heure après avoir réservé , ce qui est inadmissible. Par contre, c’était bon mais ça ne valait pas l’attente

The electronic ordering system is just a horrible user experience. It is awful for the clients, awful for the waiters (denigrates them to tech support, instead of focusing on people and food and bringing the two together), and probably also not good for the owners, since the restaurant could be significantly more successful if they just listened to clients. Also, the bathrooms are in just a miserable condition, which for a restaurant should be a top management priority. So, in short, a poor user experience driven by weak management decisions. On a positive note, the waiters a very nice!

Der Service war sehr gut, wir wollten uns nochmal bei Nizar bedanken für den tollen Service. Essen war auch sehr lecker und keine Wartezeiten.

Essen bestellt und gefühlt eine Ewigkeit gewartet bis es ankam. Nach dem Essen (Pizza Salami) geplagt von Bauchschmerzen und Erbrechen. Kann ich keinem empfehlen. Schade in Deutschland ist er eigentlich sehr gut.
