My boyfriend and I visited César in March for our anniversary, and it was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The restaurant has such a nice, intimate vibe, dim lighting, a little seductive, but still warm and inviting. It feels upscale yet comfortable, like a place you actually want to linger.
Our waiter, Slim, was incredible. I’ve never had customer service like his, genuine, attentive, and just on another level. He made us feel like regulars even though it was our first time there. Honestly, he was one of the highlights of our trip, and we kept talking about how great he was long after we left.
And the food? Amazing. Their Caesar salad is top-tier, and the pasta was some of the best we’ve had. Everything was so fresh and full of flavor that we couldn’t stop thinking about it.
It was so good that before we left Paris, we made sure to go back one more time, not just for the food, but for the service too. That says everything. Next time we’re in Paris, César is our first stop.
