This afternoon, when I arrived to exchange the item and explained the situation, mentioning that I had spoken with Mark the night before, no one seemed aware of the issue. There was no apology, no acknowledgment—just a cold and impersonal exchange as they replaced my order. To my disappointment, the replacement was once again of poor quality.
Experiencing this issue twice, combined with the lack of basic customer service and professionalism, was incredibly frustrating. Given this, I will not be returning.
