Taishoken is a fantastic spot for authentic Japanese ramen in Paris. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the overall balance of the dish is excellent. I also really enjoyed their selection of Japanese beers—simple but satisfying. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Highly recommended for ramen lovers!

Nostalgic. This place reminds me of the family-owned small restaurants in my hometown deep in countryside in Japan. Katsu curry is phenomenal.
