Once inside, there are some great views of the space (this was previously a major railway station). There's a lot to see here, but it's not always easy to see it. The permanent exhibits on the lower floors (0-2) are good, but the best bits are at the top (floor 5). To get here you have to walk up a lot of stairs, as the escalators only seem to go downwards. There is a lift, but it's hidden away behind a blank door.
Getting around is hindered by a lack of signage and the upper exhibits being crammed into too small an area. (Using floors 3 and 4 might help!) It's made worse by the number of visitors more concerned with taking selfies next to famous artworks than with actually looking at the art itself.
Toilets are ok but there aren't enough, especially for women, and again are not well signposted. All in all, good, but could be better!
