I bought a bag at Shinsegae Premium Outlet Saint Laurent store in Korea. The screw at the bottom of the logo "L" doesn't come out. Did Saint Laurent really distribute this valuable luxury bag without screwing? I don't think so. Saint Laurent person in charge in Korea said " I don't know when the screw fell out" he said too " made several in the factory of Saint Laurent , and that kind of defect can come out" Is this genuine good? Worst customer service ever,I really never expected this from high end brand ,I got 2 clutches and after 2 months of my purchase ,the texture of the leather completely changed and I went to the store ,they replied after 3 weeks that it’s my fault and there is nothing they can do ,the quality is really bad ,I don’t know after wearing it for a year what will happen next,I’ll never buy again from them
