Went with my friend to Paris in March and happened to purchase some souvenirs from their shop. Unfortunately my friend was told that her Revolut card is being declined so she decided to use a normal UK bank card. Due to this and not having internet access until we both got back home, we have realised she has been charged twice, on the two cards. Whoever dealt with us did not give us the declined receipts and she had reached out to them via instagram where they advised to email and took her details. She emailed them instantly and waited quite a few days for a reply but they have acknowledged their mistake and issue with their card machine or system or whatever it was and asked for her bank details to issue a refund. This all happened in March, we visited in the 5th of March and today is the 11th of July and my friend is having to email them and messaged them on instagram for them to only ignore her and not reply. To be fair with you even if it was £1, issue lays on your end and if you promise a refund due to a fault that happened within your business you still should do what is right. Fraud will be reported!!

⭐ Avoid! I’m writing this on behalf of my daughter who was unfairly charged twice on two different cards after they claimed her payment was declined. She realised this once she returned to the UK and has been trying to get her money back since March and now it’s July! Despite giving them all her details over email, and following up repeatedly by email and Instagram, she still hasn’t received a refund. It’s absolutely shocking — they’ve promised a refund but nothing has happened, and she’s left begging to get her own money back which they wrongfully took. Disgraceful behaviour and we will be reporting this as fraud. Very disappointing and stressful experience!

Had a fantastic cruise from 10-11pm with my 18 year old daughter. We both loved it especially the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower as sundown was around 10:45pm so it was the perfect booking time for us. Be sure to arrive early to line up otherwise 50% of patrons will be sitting downstairs. We arrived early enough to find seats on the top deck right next to the edge for uninterrupted views of everything. The french playlist was lovely and the 60 cruise was the perfect pace to see Paris before and after sundown. Thank you for a fantastic experience. We highly recommend it.
