Perfect location, friendly staff, OK rooms and very tasty breakfast. Near the hotel there are good restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Louvre and Eiffel tower. My young grandson also enjoyed the hotel very much, and appreciated the old-world style.

This is one excellent hotel. There are no just criticisms. The room was comfortable and kept clean by an outstanding staff. The wait staff for the morning meals was superb. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The location is perfect as there is easy access to the metro, great restaurants, and shopping. I look forward to returning to Paris and staying in this exemplary property again and again.

Fabulous tour. Brune, our tour guide, was informative, warm and engaging. She made the trip feel personal driving through small French villages and gorgeous countryside. We were offered the chance to see a third castle and a picnic instead of a touristy cafe. We highly recommend this tour company.

This small boutique hotel was a gem! It was romantic and pretty. We had a private view of a garden. The staff was exceptional - warm, engaging and helpful. Located in the perfect location. Down the street from the Rodin Museum, two fabulous restaurants a block away and great shops. The perfect location. Highly recommend staying here.

You need to be thin to stay at this hotel. The facilities are so small that you'll have trouble showering or getting into the elevator. If you make a reservation, like any other hotel, that includes a child under 3 years old. You won't have to rent another room here, since the child won't be able to sleep in a double room; they're considered an adult. It doesn't say this anywhere before booking. We had the bad experience of having to look for another hotel, lose our reservation, and have to pay for a new one at another. The staff is not at all empathetic in this situation. It's not the best location.

What an amazing boutique hotel. My family stayed there for a week, Apr 6 - 12. We had a wonderful experience. We had 2 adjoining double rooms on the 5th floor and one of the rooms had the view of the Effect tower. Total surprise which we thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast was so elegant. Simple basket of baked goods, eggs and coffee made to order, bowl of fruits, assorted cheese, spreads, butter. Yogurt and apple sauce, juice of choice. Needless to say we didn't/couldn't eat everything since it was a lot. The food is served to you, not a help yourself buffet. The hotel is small and cozy and has so much character. The staff were wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, courteous and helpful. The neighborhood is AMAZING. If you want to experience a Parisien neighborhood, this is it! Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff for making our stay memorable.

What a perfect location, equidistant from the Eiffel Tower, the Musée d'Orsay, the Louvre and the Notre Dame!! The metro is minutes away and there are great restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The room was on the small side but very comfortable. The service was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and delectable, served at your table with French-coloured dishes. A perfect start to each of our 5 days we stayed.

My sister and I had a lovely experience at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating, warm, and treated us like family after staying there for over 10 nights. We highly recommend Hotel Saint-Germain as we enjoyed the quaint and cosy feel of the hotel. Very convenient location - it's easy to walk to main sights of the Paris, and main buses are a short walking distance away.

Super endroit! Je recommande! La localisation est idéale et les chambres ont une ambiance accueillante et chaleureuse. Grosse déception sur le petit déjeuner quand même. Le service était très lent et pas adapté à l’affluence de l’hôtel. Le personnel est débordé et on doit beaucoup attendre. Les produits ne sont pas frais. Le choix est très limité. Un buffet serait beaucoup plus approprié. Même le pain était insatisfaisant.

This hotel checked all the boxes. Location allowed us to walk to many highlights, and it’s in a safe neighborhood with a lot of shopping. |The staff was lovely and helpful, and the room was clean and quiet with fabulous decor. |We will choose this hotel anytime we travel to Paris.

I just checked out after staying for a week. It’s a super clean and cute boutique hotel with quirky decor, the rooms are smallish but the same as most hotels in Europe. Delicious breakfast served direct to you and The is location is the best!!!
You step outside and to your left you have a 15 min walk to the Seine and D’orsay museum and a 5 min walk to Blvd Saint Germain, the Main Street. Also I must add, they have the nicest, friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve been to. From the sweet breakfast waitress, the lovely man that is always busy cleaning things and the two ladies and young man at reception. A big shout out to KatarZyna, such a genuine, welcoming person to have at the front desk.
I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Hotel Saint Germain:)

2泊しました！朝食テーブルセットの女性スタッフさんが家族全員の1日目のオーダーを暗記していて2日目の朝は何も言わなくても
『ゆで卵』の時間、コーヒーの種類まで把握されてました。

こんな素晴らしい接客やおもてなしが有るんですね。

きめ細かなサービスに脱帽でした。
さすがの4つ星ホテルです。

立地も最高です。

また訪れたい素敵なホテルでした。
大変、お世話になりました。

Positive: Well situated hotel close to the metro station and plenty of shopping. Negative: The food/restaurant options nearby were a little scarce, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Burada konakladım, asla bu parayı haketmiyor , neden mi dersiniz? Çünkü odalar çok küçük, otopark yok, hotel nasıl 4 yıldız almış anlamadım, hiçbir artısı yok, bir de üstüne konumu akşam olduğunda evsiz insanlar kaynıyor , çevre binaların önünde yatıp insanları korkutuyorlar, ki beni de korkuttular, bu otelin fiyatı durumuna göre çok pahalı , asla ama asla önermiyorum , otel çalışanlarından receptionda çalışan bir madam kaba ve asla iş bitirici değil, birşey sorduğunda asla yardımcı olmuyor , neyse kötü bir deneyimdi , Paris seyahatimizin kötü geçmesinde payları var, yanlı yorumlar değildir, eğer buna rağmen kalırsanız benim yaşadığım kötü tecrübeleri yaşarsınız. Çocuklar için de asla uygun değil , çoo küçük bir otel olduğu için asansörü de çok ama çok dar , 2 kişi sığamıyor

Reinforcing my rating given the hotel's response. I booked a stay and messed up the dates and contacted the hotel the very same day and they refused to change the dates. Not because the didn't have availability, but because it was a non-refundable prepaid rate and they already had my money. In the US there are laws that allow travelers to cancel plane tickets for instance within 24 hours even if it's a non refundable rate. Unfortunately Hotel Saint-Germain is not a customer-first company. They're a profit first company. They're part of the disease of the travel industry. Extracting more and more money from people every year, while making the travel experience worse and worse every year.
