From the moment we walked in the door the staff treated us like royalty, we were met with a complimentary glass of champagne, very friendly reception, and loads of grace for our very rudimentary French. We were early, so only expected to drop off our valises - yet they went out of their way to make sure a room was ready for us well before the listed checkin time. Not only that but they gave us a free upgrade to a room with a lovely balcony view. The location was fabulous, quiet and exactly what I'd have imagined my first stay in such an iconic city to be - yet it was still very close to the hustle and bustle of city life. The building was beautiful, rooms were clean and the decor lovely but what outshone everything was the staff - they were so kind, helpful, and genuinely cared that our every need was met. I'd 110% stay here again.

Of all the reviews I still have to write from our family trip in March, I most looked forward to writing this one. I cant express enough how amazing this hotel is. ||This hotel is well located, in a great arrondissement - Saint-Germain-des-Prés. It is 2 minutes from Musee D'Orsay and no more than 30 minutes (by walk) from Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Louvre, and so much more. Truly centrally located. It's closer to wonderful restaurants like Cinq-Mars. ||They also offer a very good breakfast spread. The breakfast staff like Marie Claude and Upul are courteous and helpful. ||Speaking of staff, Marie and Abid at front desk are just amazing. So warm, courteous and helpful. ||We were in the Junior suite room 64, which had amazing views of Paris' Hausmann architecture.

Great hotel. Prime location - central to everything, close to public transportation (RER and metro). Walk to the Seine a mere minutes away. Room spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Free bottled water, replenished each day. Each and every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, considerate and knowledgeable/helpful. Area felt very safe. The hotel graciously stored our luggage since we had an early arrival and late departure. We had a Triple Room / Deluxe Family Room (queen size bed which we asked to make into two single beds plus a sofa bed) which had more than enough room for our family of three.

Wonderful stay, perfect boutique hotel, big enough to have everything we needed and do everything well, small enough to feel personal and warmly welcome. Excellent location - down the street from the Musee d'Orsay, lots of stuff within walking distance. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, room was clean and nice and great, breakfast was excellent
