Excellent stay, highly recommend. Wonderful customer service at the front desk, they made sure we were settled and enjoyed our stay. Great location with museums close by. Shops and resturants next to the hotel. Lovely breakfast with great healthy choices a good way to start the day. The room was clean and comfortable- had the best sleep!

Excellent location. Stylish rooms. Good breakfast.
The most welcoming and attentive staff. Rooms are quiet and the bathrooms good (for Paris where they can be small and a little awkward to use).

Recommended for a chic stay in the 7th arrondissement - two minutes to the Musée d’Orsay and 15 minutes walk to Notre Dame.

Plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us, from finding the perfect boutiques for shopping to wonderful service at the hotel! Also, this was in the BEST location for walking to museums, restaurants, everything! A little trouble with the room doors was our only complaint.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet hôtel. Le service était irréprochable, le personnel chaleureux et toujours à l’écoute. Ma chambre était impeccable, propre, confortable et très bien décorée. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié. L’emplacement est idéal, calme mais proche de tout. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

I am very well traveled and was hoping this hotel would offer a nice experience in Paris for the first time for my sister, daughter and Granddaughter for a week. This hotel has a great location, but is lacking in many respects if you are used to nice places. The manager listened to my concerns, was very attentive and helpful but I felt I had turned into a 'complainer' of which I am usually NOT. We had a flood the first eve because of a clogged shower drain and when reported, they gave us towels to clean up ourselves. The rooms were in need of repairs to the decor, sheik but shabby, stuffy/hot for sleeping with no option for temperature control even when asked to turn on. Sewer smell coming from bathrooms drains daily, Cleaning was not consistent, pillow cases not changed daily, bar had super limited offerings. We had a great time seeing the sites in Paris despite the hotel.
