HÔTEL 7 EIFFEL PARIS ^{* * * *}

This hotel was located just far enough away from a Main Street so you didn’t get a lot of street traffic, but close enough that the metro was easy to access. Short walk to Eiffel Tower and access to the Hop On/Hop Off bus. Roof top patio space was great to relax on.

A delightful hotel in s great location. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room met all our needs except the air conditioning was minimal. We had a window that opened and the nights were cool so it was good for sleeping. Travelled first week of May.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man von hier fußläufig oder mit bestem Anschluss an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichen. Trotzdem liegt es sehr ruhig in einer schmalen Seitenstraße. Das Zimmer war in Größe und Ausstattung in Ordnung, Highlight war der angeschlossene Balkon. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Abzüge gibt es für das Frühstück. Grundsätzlich ist die Auswahl in Ordnung, aber Obst und Gemüse waren nur mäßig frisch und an unserem ersten Tag war die Milch in der Kaffeemaschine verdorben - sowas darf nicht passieren.

I waited several years to write this review. This hotel implements a bait and switch trick. When renting the room for this particular hotel, I specifically informed that we had three people coming. (PLEASE BOOK TWO ROOMS FOR THREE PEOPLE, NO SUCH THING AS THREE IN A ROOM IN FRANCE- THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE ONCE YOU GET TO THE HOTEL- THIS IS A THING FRENCH HOTELS DO TO MAKE MORE MONEY) Upon arrival they said three people could not stay in a room. The snobby ( maybe she is just french lol) french woman went on to say that they had a sister hotel (it's like another hotel they have access to- it is a common scam in Paris to get more money out of you- sometimes this get done even if you have two people. If this happens. Don't say I didn't warm you) near by... while the area was nice... the hotel was dark and dreary, it had none of the style that this hotel clearly had. That is why I picked it! lol On top of that, they charged way more for the extra room at the other place. I jest you not the "sister hotel" was creepy and felt haunted. I am not a person who believes in spooky stuff, but this hotel will make you a believer. I did not sleep comfortably in my room alone. I would write the name of the hotel here, but I do not want to give them too much information. That is why I waited such a long time to write the review. They can not remember after several other people who went and had the same experience, but decided to be selfish and not share with the public. Just know that any "sister hotel" they send you to will be a downgrade. Be aware. If I am wrong and you get an upgrade, that's probably because they like you. This post helped you out. You are welcome! You are better off staying in an American chain hotel in Paris. It won't look dreary and haunted. I did come back to correct my writing, as I wrote it so quickly, as an imperfect person, I made mistakes in my writing. Should you find some more, I am sorry. Writing isn't my forte, but letting people know where not to stay is. Intelligence comes in a variety of different ways. Have no doubt that staying at this hotel is beyond a mistake and let your intelligence guide you: if you read this review and still decide to stay with them, I hope they treat you well because I called them out on this scam they have going. I will feel good just knowing that they will have to act right with the next patrons, because I intelligently made them do the right thing going forward. This hotel deserves this intelligent review due to their dishonest practices. Yes, look below at their comment. I think they are upset that I called them out on their scammy ways. Dear management, get your act together and this is what you get for my time being wasted with your your scammy workers. DO NOT SAY THREE PEOPLE CAN STAY IN A HOTEL IF IT'S NOT TRUE.
